Church’s has always been just okay. Used to go to Whitby but went here as it’s now the closest since opening. Chicken was very bland. And pretty sure the coleslaw was spoiled. Biscuits were amazing as always though. At least that’s consistent between different locations.

Food is ok but I don’t know what happened today it was cold fries and the bun cold and could be the reason because the moment I walked in to order food the first question without even listening to me was asked if i am an uber driver for pickup i got offended
That is the third time happening to me and I wonder why is that
Basic rules of customer service are you greet and ask what can you get them or else wait for the customer to speak

This is the first time I visited this place and it was a wonderful experience. The honey butter biscuit was delicious but on top of that the service of the staff named Mumtahina pleased me more. She was so friendly and cooperative that I really want to go there again for the excellent service.
