They never have the chicken prepared, it took me 40 minutes to get my order today. Not sure why you mentioned 22 minutes, it took 40 minutes for me to receive the food…

Without realizing the chicken burger had Mayo. We haven't eaten here before but came to the food hall for a visit. When he sat down and opened it i noticed and bc of his eggs allergy he couldn't do mayo. When the manager attended i was told I'd have to pay again and I should know what my kid eats and it's not their issue. She proceeded to say it's expensive to run the business....it was not kind and I won't be back. I think just because a business is located in downtown oshawa the service shouldn't be sub par you never know who you will be serving.
