Cinnamon buns fresh and delicious as always. The customer service is awful. The young guy at the cash just looked at me, didn't say hello or anything. I ordered three cinnamon buns and he just slid them over to me, did not offer a bag. He was quite rude and unfriendly. Train your staff to be cordial and respectful to paying customers.

Cinnabon at Oshawa Centre is a delightful surprise! It's not located in the main food court, which makes it a bit hidden, but once you catch that signature aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls, you know you’re close. The spot itself is cozy with limited seating, but the quality of the food more than makes up for the size.
We ordered the Classic Roll, Minibons, Caramelbon, and an Oreo Shake, and every item was fantastic. The Classic Roll was soft, fluffy, and served warm with the perfect amount of gooey cinnamon and their famous cream cheese frosting. The Minibons are great if you want a smaller portion but still want the same delicious flavor. The Caramelbon was a standout, sticky, sweet, and indulgent without being overly heavy.
The Oreo Shake was a great bonus. It was thick, creamy, and full of cookie chunk, refreshing and rich, it paired perfectly with the warm rolls. It’s a great choice if you’re craving something cold and sweet.
The staff were polite, helpful, and served everything fresh. Though the space doesn’t have many seats nearby, it’s a great spot to grab a quick dessert to-go.
If you're visiting Oshawa Centre and looking for a sweet break, I definitely recommend stopping by Cinnabon. It’s consistently delicious, and even though it’s not in the main food area, it’s well worth finding. We’ll definitely be back!

I asked for 4 fresh ones in the display and the girl told me warm ones cost most more. I asked if the ones she grabbed already in a box were fresh and she said they were made today. They had very little icing on them especially compared to the ones in the case. Since when do warm buns cost more than cold ones. They were dry and we only got one extra icing. Will not go to this location again. They used to be so good. What a letdown.

I was at the store yesterday morning just before 10 am. I bought 2 pieces of the churros but unfortunately when I had a bite it was stale. For sure this churros was from the other day. It wasn't fresh from the oven.
All staff were so friendly and kind very quick service very efficient :)

I went here a few weeks ago and a not so nice younger brown lady helped and i didnt get a very good experience. But today I went there and an older Asian lady helped me (didn't catch her name) she was so nice!! And efficient. Had a really nice experience there for once because of her I will come back and I hope she will be working ❤️
