Coco Frutti Oshawa Reviews
We decided to try out Rougezilla tonight, and it did not disappoint! For appetizers we had dynamite shrimp and calamari, both phenomenal! I had the classic bacon and cheese and my partner just had the classic burgers on charcoal buns. They were the best burgers we have ever had! Highly recommended!!

Coco Frutti Oshawa is a popular breakfast spot known for its delicious home fries, friendly staff, and a wide variety of menu options, including savoury crepes and egg benedicts. Customers praise the quality of the food and the excellent customer service, with staff members consistently providing a warm and welcoming experience. The restaurant is known for its fast service, diverse menu, and complete breakfast experience. It is very popular, often full, so those seeking a calm breakfast chat may want to find a less busy restaurant. Customers suggest ordering the breakfast special or the $10 breakfast with a side of the renowned hollandaise sauce, which they have perfected. The food and fruit are always fresh, and the service is both professional and friendly. Customers don't have to wait to be seated, and it is considered one of the best breakfast spots in the Durham Region. The portions are massive, the prices are reasonable, and the service is consistently amazing, making it an absolute recommendation for everyone.
Recent visits have shown that the restaurant can sometimes be understaffed, leading to longer wait times—up to an hour and forty minutes for food. Despite this, the food remains delicious, and the coffee lady is very attentive, always asking if more is wanted. The spacious, airy restaurant features chandeliers and fun booths, which many enjoy. Customers appreciate the variety of options and the consistent quality of the meals. One customer enjoyed the savoury crepes, noting the home fries were seasoned and tasty, and the fruit was very fresh. Service is quick and friendly, with staff being kind and attentive.
However, some issues have been noted, such as a mistake with a crepe order where pear + cheddar was requested but apple was served, possibly due to a server or kitchen error. Additionally, there was confusion about a $0.99 ‘Open food, prix’ charge that was not explained, which led to some disappointment. Despite these issues, the overall experience remains positive, and many customers continue to enjoy their visits for the tasty food, friendly atmosphere, and large portions.
