The food and vibe was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately that’s the last positive thing I can say. It was clear they were severely understaffed. No fault of the workers whatsoever. But wrong of the owners to allow the restaurant to operate with only two people working the floor and an obvious lack of kitchen staff. It took an hour and fourth minutes before we got our food. Way too long. The food though was incredibly delicious! The coffee lady was also very consistent and always asked if we wanted more. As for the waitresses, it sucks that the day I went they were so spread thin. Hopefully this was a one off experience and not the kind of experience people can expect at this establishment. I got the weekend number 4.

Came in earlier today with my family, and the food was delicious & the service was amazing, coming from a server myself. Jaylen was fast & still maintain being very polite even though the restaurant was full & I think by herself on the floor. Making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will be coming back

I know this is a very long shot. My husband and I had breakfast at Coco Fruitti months ago and as usual was wearing one of his loud shirts (don't remember which one). There was a group of ladies all laughing and loving his shirt. A couple of you came over to our table and asked for a selfie with him. It absolutely made his day. We came for brunch with family and we were very disappointed coming here. I went to the bathroom before eating and my shoes squeaked louder and louder going back to the bathroom as the floor was so sticky and dirty. There was 6 of us, my MIL and I served a few minutes after everybody else… Once my MIL was passed her food, we instantly noticed a piece of hair on her food. We told the waitress instantly and she took the food back and came back with what we thought was a fresh plate of food. My sister went back and asked and turns out it was the same plate of food… The waitress came back and gaslit my MIL that “it was a piece of egg”. It was definitely not, it was hair covered in a bit of egg. She did end up getting a fresh plate, but after eating a little bit she found another hair in her food. The waitresses were very apologetic, and did not charge her for her meal, but were all very disappointed that it happened not once, but twice. Would not recommend coming here!!

First time visiting this restaurant and was pleasently surprised. The food was very good and our server Jalen was attentive and friendly, we will definitely be returning!
We have eaten here regularly for several years and enjoyed it. Unfortunately, our last 2 visits were disappointing. Both visits order was not accurate and had to be sent back and then sent back AGAIN because the food was cold. New staff not paying attention to the orders in the kitchen? Servers not paying attention when putting in orders? Bothe times were not busy (maybe 7 tables) most of whom were just seated or already eating. Servers do not check on you and service has become extremely slow. We will not be returning. Two disappoint visits in a row and I’m done!

I used to come here all the time and I really loved it. The best place to go after church on Sundays. The last three times I was there, the quality of food had dropped. Portions were small and overcooked, and the service was terrible. The first time I disregarded it because anybody can have a bad day. But after the third really bad experience in a row, I am officially done with this location of Coco Fruiti's. Hopefully a different location will be better.
