I have personally witnessed the staff at this coffee time physically assault students from the nearby school to the point where the police had to be called. The student was asked to leave and didn't so the male employee in his 50s took it upon himself to grab, punch and attempt to drag out the 16 year old boy. Yes the boy should have left but it did not warrant the grown employee putting hands on him. This is honestly unacceptable and I now feel unsafe visiting this establishment knowing the staff have no problem with physically assaulting their customers over a minor problem.

I went in and always it was busy because of the schools around it and I buy a cinnamon rasin bagle with butter service was great I didn't take long to get my food but when I took a bite of my bagle it tasted funny I wasn't sure if it was just a cross contamination between flavors or what. But as I got close to finishing and I look a little bit closer because of the weird taste it realized it was mold when I brought it in to get my money back or try and find a alternative she asked if I wanted another and I politely declided because my bagle came out of that same bag when I got my money back I was very satisfied with the way they handled the situation
I had a great time. I always visit as I live in the neighborhood. The owners are very friendly, providing good service even when it is busy. They prepare the coffee exactly to my liking. Better than Tim’s for sure.

I go to this Coffee Time every weekend and refuse to go to Tim Hortons now. The ladies are very friendly and always make your food and drinks with lots of care. Their bagels and sandwiches are much more affordable and more tasty than Tim Hortons. Because of their service and food, they have a customer for life now.
