We have been coming here for years.. I wanted to buy a Costco sized cake for everyone as we have 2 birthdays within our group. To find out a $60 fee is beyond me. I will not recommend this place to anyone

I’ve visited this location several times, and every time it’s the same issue — they’re always out of something. Whether it’s caramel, flatbread pizza, or even coffee, there’s always an excuse. I always order the same things, and I can usually get them in the evening, but every time I come in the morning, it’s a disappointment.
Today I asked for a flatbread pizza, and the staff told me there was no one available to make it because they were too busy. Meanwhile, I could see other staff members just standing around. The service is unorganized, and it feels like they don’t care about customers. Very poor experience overall.

Great sandwiches! Great coffee (even the decaf). But shrek said i look like I eat hotdogs for the shape not the taste. So uhh can't give 5 stars for Service.

Great place to go to relax in an inviting atmosphere. I had an excellent Matcha Latte paired with a turkey and apple panini that was to die for. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. A++ all around.

Unfortunately the food and service has really declined since the last time I visited 3 years ago. Very very small portion of charcuterie which came with no pickled items and only 4 thinly sliced baguette pieces for 2 people.
Beer was good..

I can’t say enough good things about Cork & Bean in Oshawa – it’s honestly become one of my favorite spots in the city. As someone who’s part of the LGBTQ+ community, it’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming and genuinely inclusive, but they nail it.
The staff are incredible – super friendly, down-to-earth, and they make you feel like you belong the second you walk in. There’s no judgment, no weird vibes, just really good energy and kindness. The atmosphere is so cozy and creative too – perfect whether I’m grabbing a coffee, having a glass of wine, or just hanging out with friends.
It’s one of those spots where you can be fully yourself, and that means a lot. If you’re looking for a place in Oshawa that’s got great drinks, amazing staff, and a vibe that’s open and queer-positive, Cork & Bean is it.

We went in the evening, most of the sandwiches were sold out. Ended up getting flat bread pizza and charcuterie boards. Nice place to hangout for a bit.

Maybe it was the late hour we dropped in enroute from Belleville...but it was a very disappointing coffee BUT BUT the guys at the cafe were absolutely sweethearts .....
Great coffee and a sandwich. Excellent service. I'll be back.
Great coffee, very good baked goods (especially the muffins). Even better people
