For a time, I'd been a regular at the Cork & Bean sister location in Peterborough, ON. I'd known of them for a long time, and was pleasantly surprised to find that Oshawa had one of their own. The quality, service, and atmosphere are just as amazing as they are in Peterborough; if not even better!
Today, on what should be my third visit, I opted to use a gift card and was three cents short. I owed them three cents for my toasted marshmallow cappuccino (extremely good, by the way), but the barista let me off the hook! I very much wish I could've left a tip, but I am a run-of-the-mill, useless, broke twenty-something between jobs -- So hopefully this little review will help tip the karmic scales, at least just a little bit. (I promise you that this isn't something I'm typically inclined to do.)
To make a circuitously over-typed review short: I had a very good experience at Cork and Bean, I always do. They have great drinks, great and friendly service, an awesome atmosphere, and great music.

My barista has all the crystals to protect your coffee from negative energy! Super cozy, delicious espresso, ambient atmosphere. Would definitely come back)

Usually the staff is pretty great and the atmosphere is amazing but It was pretty upsetting to come in and spend over 60 dollars to go up and order another drink and be asked if we are “still camping out or is it to go” considering we spent well over 60 dollars, we’re polite and cleaned up after ourselves, and were quiet, as well as when we left brought all of our dishes to the counter and told the staff to have a nice day and left with not even a glance in return. Very poor customer service and honestly unfortunately will not be coming back to one of my favourite cafes in town.unfortunately did not get a name but the brown haired girl with the mask and has really great style
One of our favorite coffee shops to visit. And its dog friendly! We've been there for Trivia nights too, so much fun
