Messed up all my blizzards none are right. Can’t listen to a simple order

Update called wait for manager was told manager. Give me a call back at 2 o’clock three hours later after 2 o’clock still haven’t got a call back reached out manager’s left. He’ll give you call right back. Still haven’t heard anything. This is the worst location ever would love somebody from upper management or head office to call me.

I had a great experience at Dairy Queen today! I'm a vegetarian and wasn't sure what to order, but Khilan, one of the employees, was super helpful and guided me through the options patiently. He made sure I picked something that suited my preference, and it tasted amazing! Really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thanks, Khilan!

Only a matter of time before they have to issue a hepatitis warning. Bunch of grown men in their dirty street clothes and sneakers handling cash, playing on their dirty phones and making food. No gloves or handwashing whatsoever. Walked out and just started making my own frozen treats at home. Shame. The place used to be so good

In the last two months and three visits here they’ve screwed up my order or ripped me off. Last night I sat in line (June 29th) for 20min’s and no apology when it became my turn. (Actually she had a bad attitude)
I always pay extra sauces but never get extra at this location. Customer Service is atrocious here and they don’t listen when placing your order. I either have to repeat it several times and dead slowly but they still get my order wrong.
This place is a complete juke!!!!

This location has a lot to be desired. My order is regularly wrong some way or another. Bacon burger that ended up coming with no bacon and then today the root beer I ordered ended up being a pepsi. I'm not about to drive back across town to get it fixed either unfortunately.

I love you. I don’t drive so I often order my after kids go to bed snack from skip the dishes… and with my order I can admit I do have some special “instructions” (more like craving requests) and not once have I been disappointed you guys aways pull through for me and I just gotta say on my worse days you guys have been my only smile in a day, to open the bag and see exactly what I wanted… You ARE god sent… thank you 🙏

Its been awhile since iv had DQ, today I noticed they got cheap on the poutine... it used to be such a large portion and they shrunk it big time, but upped the price... wtf?!?
And please don't ask me to reach out, nothing ever gets resolved.

Unfortunately our order was missing multiple things even after taking our order multiple times. They could not fix it at the window not could they get any of the reward systems working other than points collection which could be a technical glitch.

I ordered my order through skip for pick up. Bags were taped I was told the food was all there. I got home and realized the meal ordered for my child was not in the bag. I contacted skip and the restaurant lied and said the food was given to me. Skip denied me my refund.
Use to be my favourite location, pretty disappointed they are willing to lie over a 10 dollar refund.

I love dq. The 7 dollar L of ice creme is where it's at.
Everything I've ordered there has been top notch, food obviously included.
Staff is always on point and always happy to serve product.
The only thing that sucks it's too small to even fit one table in there to eat. So unless it's summer and you can sit outside there isn't much of an atmosphere half the year
