My online order has taken over 2 hours when it said 20-25 mins!! Awful. Both this DQ and skip the dishes are absolute garbage. Never again. Don’t even think I’ll get my order.

I walked in around 10:15pm at this location and ordered a Banana Split alongside a Warm Brownie with icecream.
Both of which were extremely small portions than the other locations for some reason. Hardly any lair of icecream on the Banana Split.
I understand it was close to closing time, but the lady who was taking my order seemed very disorganized, and also was rushing throughout the making of the order. Didn’t have a good experience here unlike the other locations I’ve visited.

Ordered strawberry cheesecake blizzard. It was pure ice cream only 2 cheesecake pieces in a medium cup… I order this for the cake pieces. Such a waste!

Andrea served me today and was there all by herself, this girl needs a raise! She got out order super quick and was polite. A group of kids had left a spill and didn’t mention in to her. I told her and she cleaned it up right after giving us our order. This girl is a super start and deserves recognition!
Not wheelchair accessible. Has a step and no ramp plus a door handle that doesn't open. Non accessible seating and I'm guessing the washrooms are as well judging by the turn knob handle. Staff were loud and while it's nice to hear people enjoying themselves it was very distracting and disruptive given my disability. Will not be sitting inside next time.

Good customer service but the food portioning was a lot less than what was expected. My partner and I spent roughly $20 on a 2 can dine chicken finger meal deal and received what is essentially 4 chicken nuggets and a pinch of fries each. No where near the same value we get at other Deary Queens in the area.

I have ordered from this location twice in 2 months through Uber, same order. And again, same mistakes despite putting notes in two locations. Upon requesting a refund, which it what occurred last time, I was refunded $4 on a $18 cold, ruined meal.Will not reorder again.
