I visited the place yesterday, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. The ice cream I received was disappointingly melted, turning what should have been a delightful treat into a gooey mess. I have the video but I cannot upload it with my review.

walked in and had to stand for about 2 mins before anyone acknowledged my presence lmao three workers who where working on other things like packing orders and getting the ice cream machine refilled..all made eye contact with me and said nothing..

Buster bar and dilly bars had melted and refroozen again . When we started to eat them the chocolate tasted sour. We will never buy these items again. DQ is not what I remember it to be.

Not surprised this location has a number of poor reviews. I find the consistency of the ice cream fluctuates Some days it’s proper then other days it like water
You ask for a little extra fudge and they want to charge you extra but there shorting the amount to begin with Literally watched a staff member drying to squeeze as much ice cream out of the machine and got a watery parfait Some of the younger staff don’t not know how to talk or treat people and I’m sure the owner pressures them to skimp out Do it right be fare or get out of the business

Absolutely horrible experience, cashier had very awful attitude, looked miserable, acted like she had something better to do other then her job. Burger meat, ketchup and mustard tastes like the Great Value Brands from Walmart across the plaza, even has same seasonings. Will never be returning to a DQ Location ever again.

Too bad there's no 0 star review this was my sons meal and mine Son ordered crispy chicken sandwich it was so dry and hard he couldn't even bite nor chew it I had the 4 piece chicken strip combo same thing strips were hard as a rock and dry Staff couldn't careless when I brought it to their attention were infact not helpful at all said they cooked it for the time it's supposed to be cooked for , offered to cook me more ummm ya no thx , no refund as we had eaten some of it took some bites smh Never will I eat here again it was so gross Terrible Customer service
I got a cake for my daughter’s birthday, ordered it 3 days in advance for pick up. I picked it up around 1pm and brought it directly home to the freezer, 2 hours later when I went to cut the cake when I tasted it to my surprise it tasted moldy! Was absolutely disgusting. When I tried to call to get it fixed they said they couldn’t do anything because a manager wasn’t in. The next day I brought the cake back to see if they could re make it or refund it so my daughter could have her birthday cake. The lady I spoke with tried to blame me for the cake being rancid! Every employee I encountered was completely unprofessional and I will never go back! Who sells someone a moldy cake? Then blames them for it being moldy??

I work in this plaza, and I eat lunch from this location once a week or more. They are consistently nice and serve good quality food.
Worst customer service ever. I asked to get cone dipped twice so it didn’t melt on the way home. She hands me the cone first by the time I got the rest of my food cone was melted so I asked for it to be remade as it was for my child not me she was EXTREMELY RUDE. Would not recommend at all!

Friendly, helpful staff. The place to line up is less to be desired. There was a mixed bag of people in there, so atmosphere constantly changes. It's small, so only 2 booths, all the rest are bar stools and an adequate sized wall mounted counter top.
