Terrible experience here and it use to be our go to spot to get chicken for parties but never again. Your staff needs to communicate better with customers instead of blaming customers and saying that’s how we do it here. After we paid we were told it would be max 10 minute wait, well it wasn’t it was 20 plus minutes, and we were stuck waiting as they didn’t tell us before we paid or we would’ve left. Then after the chicken was finally done she cut the chicken then she put it back on the grill after it was already on the grill before so that told me right away it wasn’t cooked properly and tried rushing it cause usually they take it out of the cooker and put it on the grill then cut it, she also cut it in small little pieces and never asked if that’s how I want it only if I wanted sauce on my chicken. We asked for a refund as it was taking too long and they refused to give it to us instead decided to argue with us saying everything is already packed up for your order which it wasn’t we were still waiting on the chicken and potatoes were also sitting there not packed up. This place is also overpriced rather drive the distance and go to Ajax. Customer satisfaction isn’t at this place.
Update: The reply you gave maybe you would want to spell my name right as it shows. Also that is a lie I wasn’t offered a refund the brown cashier lady actually started arguing with me when I asked for a refund, the other short blonde lady said she will call the owner to see if we could get a refund and when she was on the phone asked how we payed and we said credit card but wasn’t given a refund they just hung up with the owner and nothing was done about it but wait for the chicken. You will NEVER get my business again as for your reply shows your a dishonest place and make yourself right, no matter what customer says you guys will always be right even if in the wrong.

When I’m not taking their delivery, I’m buying their frozen food.Try out the Portuguese/Brazilian cousine, you won’t regret.Two things are must on their tiny market on the side: a tea called “mate”, and a cookie called “casadinho”. Maybe if you’re into tea, also try the passion fruit.One thing is a must on the freezer: forno de minas cheese rolls.I’m grateful for having them on the neighbourhood.The only thing I personally miss are the “Maria Clara Snacks” that I still need to travel to Toronto to buy, but other than that, they have everything!
Vegetarian options: I was vegetarian for a while. The options I suggested to try out from frozen or from the market are vegetarian
Parking: I have not once had ha hard time to park, however, I’ve witnessed fee spots, that’s why I didn’t put the option “plenty of parking”
Senhora Eduarda R recommended that I try Divino churrasco take out for a 60th wedding anniversary event took place on Dec 3rd, 2023 which I did the food was delicious everyone enjoyed it there was plenty of food for seconds, I ordered the grill chicken, roasted potatoes, rice, and the filet of sole. I will definitely reorder again.PR
