I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for years, and up until recently it was reliable. Over the past few months the quality has completely fallen apart. My deliveries often take close to an hour even though I live only a few minutes from the store. When the pizza finally shows up, it’s usually undercooked, dry, lacking sauce, or made with so little care that it’s barely edible. I’ve even received pizzas that were folded or misshapen.
When I complain, they do offer replacement pizzas, but the replacements usually end up even worse than the originals. It honestly feels like the staff put in no effort at all, and the customer experience just doesn’t matter to them anymore.
It’s disappointing because I used to trust this location, and now every order feels like a gamble. I shouldn’t have to complain every time just to get a decent pizza. This store has become incredibly inconsistent and unreliable.

The customer service was excellent. Despite the rush time they gave me good services. I got to pick my pizza very late cos I was stuck on the way . The guy offered a freshly made pizza.

Our pizzas were delivered hot, the delivery person was polite snd friendly. We tried the cheese stuffed crust on the one pizza and it was delicious and the other pizza had beef crumble which our 6 year old grandson loved as he thought they were mini meatballs which meant the pizza was his two favourite foods pizza and meatballs.
