After over a dozen orders (we love the food) in just 2025 , today they delivered to the wrong house and left the $53 worth of pizza on someone else's porch (also its raining today). After i called and complained someone said okay Ill call you back. They didn't. I called back and talked to them again, which is when they informed me the pizza was on the porch (again not on mine). So they knew what happened and still didn't call me back. The guy on the phone said he'll replace my order. So I get zero comp, not even a sorry for having to wait double time for my order even after being a damn loyal customer. For this reason I am lowering my review from 5star over all to a 3 at best thanks to the poor quality of service and communication

I ordered a pizza and it was really bad it was hand toast pizza but I got a thin crust and it was veggie pizza but there was no much veggie and there was a hair in it and I orderd dips with it and I didn't get the dips. I had ordered online. It was a really bad experience and food

Ordered for a vegetarian pizza with butter chicken SAUCE(Vegetarian), BUT instead got a BUTTER CHICKEN PIZZA.Moreover I also took a bite not realising there was chicken added to the pizza. When I brought up this issue through the phone the response I got was very rude..I was asked to bring back the pizza that I got to the store and get back the refund even after explaining that I need to walk back around a kilometer at -1 Celsius if I want to do so. The customer service was totally poor. My frustration is not only because that I got the wrong order but I didn't even get an apology from any of the employees who was working over there when I went back to get my refund

Was there with a friend and ordered a deluxe pizza for takeout. It tasted too good😋 Staff was v friendly and polite. Guess the guy name was Manu. He was absolutely kind and generous. Ambience was also good. Loved everything about this place! Gonna order more from this store😀

Have been buying for last 2 years. Pizza used to be very good, right amount of sauce and cheese.
recent days pizza is becoming very dry.
Last 2 to 3 times I didn’t bother to put any negative review because I know how good pizza they usually make. However, now consistently for last few times pizza is very dry and pizza was ordered with extra cheese and see the photos, it has absolutely very less sauce and cheese, it’s like eating a bun.
Please improve your quality or you will lose ur loyal customers.
