I’ve always loved your food, but I’ve noticed the portions have become much smaller recently. The price staying the same while the amount of cheese and pepperoni has noticeably decreased feels a bit disappointing. My last order, in particular, barely had any cheese or pepperoni, and I had to double-check to make sure it was even there. I’d love to continue being a loyal customer, but this experience wasn’t what I’ve come to expect

They have this driver named Vijender, and by the reviews he matched the description of a very bad worker perfectly. Garbage Attitude and terrible customer service. Idk who he thinks he is but brother you’re just here to drop off the food, don’t be ignorant when someone has delivery instructions.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the driver Vijender Reddy Macharala (his name). I’m hearing impaired so I asked that they text me instead of calling me. Which they normally do.
This guy has the audacity to get extremely upset and tell me “I don’t have free texting so next time don’t ask for that favour” and while waiting for me he leaves the food bag on the hood of my car (which left scratches now) and then proceeds to leave with my food. (it’s all recorded on my front camera).
I will be forwarding this to head office, what an absolute careless behaviour. I called the store manager to address this info (I assume their buddies) and he said “oh he’s new no need to worry”.

Ordered a pizza through the app, arrived 5-10 mins after it was done. Went into the store, someone informed me they would be right there sir. I said that's fine, take your time. Right after that, some old man comes up to the counter and stands beside me, I think he was trying to butt the line but I figured because I was there first they would prioritize me first.... nope. Got his order right away, he just shouted his name, and they took the time to get him paper plates as well, as I'm standing there with my debit card. Convenient location, good pizza but I know of better. Sorry guys, some old guy ruined it.

Being a regular customer got a worst service. First i ordered a pan they get me back with normal pizza and when i complained about pizza then they not aggreed about it then say we will deliver again then came with uncooked pizza you see in picture delivery guy named VIJENDER very unproffessional behavior denied to compensate anything even took an hour to deliver a partialy cooked pizza.

Breadsticks had cinnamon on them and then the garlic spice on top. It was disgusting, couldn’t even eat the rest of what I ordered because this made me sick, also couldn’t go back because the store had closed.

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. I specifically requested my pizza to be uncut, but it was served cut anyway, which caused unnecessary delays. When I asked to use the restroom to simply wash my hands, I was told there was no water supply—a claim that felt like an excuse. It also seemed discriminatory when they mentioned issues with homeless people using the facilities.
As a paying customer, I expected better service and a more accommodating attitude. This experience has left me hesitant to return or recommend this place to others.
Wow, what an improvement! I’ve had a one star review up for years and just decided to give it another try. Not only was it fast and delicious but I literally got a free pizza. No strings, no fees (pick-up), just a free pizza with a smile. Will definitely be back!
