Got an email for a free pizza so we thought we would take advantage. Ordered a thin crust 2 toppings. Still had to pay delivery and tip, which is fine. Pizza arrived cracker thin, scarce toppings, cut into squares with come pieces having zero toppings on it. Since when are pizzas cut like this and basically made on a tortilla? It also arrived barely luke warm. Have ordered thin crust from dominos plenty of times and never received a cracker thin pizza before. Called the store and got told there was nothing they can do and that it was our fault. We immediately ordered Pizza Hut. Will never order from this location again.

Used to come to Domino’s regularly. For some reason we stopped coming. Got an email from Domino’s offering us a free pizza to come back. Redeemed the coupon By ordering online. The website has changed in the last year or so, there are more options…Do we want oregano? Do we want our Round pizza cut in squares, do we want our Thin crust regular or lightly baked. I did the best I could with all the new questions. I just wanted a pepperoni extra cheese pizza nothing fancy. Well, I got it all wrong. It wasn’t just crispy. It was kind of burnt, the round pizza was cut in the weird squares like we were four-year-olds. The oregano was over the top. Doesn’t pizza always have oregano? We were very unhappy. It was not edible. I called the store and asked them to remake it. There was some Pushback on that, but they did it. Certainly not overall positive experience in that they were trying to woo us back. Regardless, the staff were good about the remake in the end. It was better.

Horrible, they changed their bacon from crumble to cut pieces of bacon all the pizza tasted like was grease 😫 no bacon flavour at all. Why do places do that? If it's not broken don't fix it, or at least leave the old good original option on the menu

Love the king street location, the staff are so pleasant to talk to and actually have conversations with you instead of just ignoring you. This is my go to spot for food, pizza is always on point and im always happy with my orders! 10/10
