I ordered 2 large pizzas over the phone for pick up, 1 chicken bacon alfredo and 1 large Philly steak. My husband picked them up, came to around 42$. Got them home and 1 wrong pizza. The chicken bacon was correct but the other one I couldn't tell what was on it. I called the store to have this corrected. I was told they could deliver a new one or give me a 15$ credit. I asked to have a new delivered only to be told that they don't deliver to my address in Oshawa ( this store is closer to me than an Oshawa store). I said fine my hubby will go back and pick up. He was given a second pizza that was the same as the 1st one (checked before he left the store). After arguing with the manager and showing him what is on his own menu and what it should look like, we finally got the right pizza. It's not rocket science. I won't be back to this location

Worst location I've ever been to. The first time I ordered here I was extremely disappointed. 3 years later on my birthday they had the 50% sale and I thought I'd give them another try. BIG mistake. I ordered 3 pizzas. When I opened the first box, the pizza looked like it was cut by a blind person. Some slices large and some tiny. The other two boxes looked like they had been in a car accident or dropped. One of them the entire toppings had slid to one side, and was no longer edible. They offered to remake the order, but I have lost faith in this location and asked for my money back. I also informed the corporate office of my experience. The location I used to frequent in Ajax was amazing. This location is more than a disappointment, it's an embarrassment and they should really be ashamed of themselves for the quality of food their serving. Teach your workers to take pride in what they serve, not every consumer is going to eat whatever garbage you put in front of them.
