I have ordered pan pizza. And it is under cooked. When I report this to store then they we follow the procedure and asked me proof of it.
This location really has a problem with following instructions. I've had numerous problems ordering from here. The most recent, I ordered extra sauce and there was basically no sauce. Literally dry and crunchy in spots, there was a bunch of bubbles. (that wouldn't happen if there was sauce especially extra sauce like I ordered) for some reason the "quality check" is just a joke they send things out however they come out. Save your money and order from a different location. I've given this location way too many chances.

Worst customer service ever. I really don’t know how they become manager without knowing empathy. I called for a concern and the person who was over the phone on 27 October, 2024 at 1:20 pm has really amazed me with his unprofessional customer service skills. When I was explaining the issue he simply said i am going to put you in a hold for a second and i was waiting for 5 min and then coming back said you are wrong and you won’t get the promotion because you used the coupon with the order. But in the promotion there was no mention that i cannot use coupon. However, it is not the promotional free emergency pizza it is about how you handle a customer who has concern. There was no empathy in voice and putting a customer who was explaining his concern on hold for 5 minutes. Dominos should train the employees on customer service skills as well cause all their competition can make pizza but not all have good reputation for customer service.
