Our waitress Marissa was exceptional. Very pleasant and jovial. Being we were celebrating our 42nd anniversary I am grateful for Marissa being our waitress. If she had not been, the screw up with our order [caused by another waitress taking one of our meals, and there being no more veal to replace it with) would have definitely made me walk away with our table of 4. Marissa deserves a promotion and pay increase as far as I am concerned. The entire staff could learn A LOT from her.

Although the staff working here are very nice, the actual service was not good. I attended this location this evening for dinner and found the service to be inattentive and no one checked in on us throughout our meal and we had to find the server in order to get our bill. I would encourage the manager to speak to the staff on the importance of checking in on their tables. I have attended the Whitby North location on various occasions and have never had an issue with service.

Me and my partner ordered the sampler platter. It had chicken parm, lasanga and Alfredo pasta. It was spectacular! The perfect portion for me and my partner honestly. Our waitress was extremely friendly and wonderful as well. The entire experience makes us want to come back soon!

I would give less but you have to at least pick 1 star don't know what happened to this line of restaurants but food had taken a turn for the absolute worst the chicken parm was such a good meal and now it's frozen chicken burger patties that are dry as sand paper it used to be my favorite dish but now I refuse to give my money to a place like this
