With a wonderfully nice waitstaff by the name of Emma we had a great lunch. All dietary concerns were meet as i leave with a full belly filled with lovely soup , healthy green salad, and a toasty fresh loaf. Thanks for lunch

My husband and I went to Eastside Mario’s on Oshawa a few weeks ago after almost giving up on the chain. We previously frequented the Scarborough location and the experience was always not great at best. Alana at the Oshawa location changed our mind! She is so friendly, fun, and attentive. I’ve never had a better experience with a server at a restaurant ever! Bold Statement, I know! BUT very true! Thanks for the great food East-sides! All of your servers should be modeled after Alana!

All East Side Marios have gone down hill. It used to be our favourite restuarant but in the span of a year we've tried 3 or 4 different ones and they were all run down, menus dirty, dishes dirty, kinda crappy menu.
Its a shame i dont know what happened to them but they all seem to be this way now. Id say as far as i can see this is the best of a bad bunch. Pickering is the absolute worst so dont go there.

I came into East sides earlier today with my friend and I can say, I will be coming back! Our server, Michela, was knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in frequently without being intrusive. Drinks were never empty, and every course was timed perfectly. It's rare to find a team so in sync and passionate about hospitality.
The food was fantastic, but it was the impeccable service that truly elevated the evening. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a night out, East sides sets a gold standard for customer care. We can’t wait to come back!

We arrived at this location around 620 on. Tuesday May 27. We’re seated fairly quickly and then NO ONE ever came for more than 10 min.We left then. It was not very busy and lots of empty tables. Manager walked by several times and we got no acknowledgment from him or anyone in the place. Very disappointed as we love coming to East Side and have been regular customers at several locations. We’re already seated and have drinks at a restaurant in the same location within 5 min. Sad that they couldn’t even speak to us.
