Went in for the soup which was advertised via a picture on front window. They didn't have any soup which was disappointing. It was 11:45.
Asked for a glass of ice water while I checked out the menu. Waitress said they didn't serve ice water just tap water which she said was nice and cold. Water was not cold at all.
No soup and no ice water = 1 less customer.
Not recommended by me.

Go here every couple Saturdays for some breakfast. It has always been good. This time was especially good ?. Ordered eggs Benedict with home fries done in the frier, and western omelet. Everything was perfect. That was the best breakfast I've had in ages! I can't speak for the rest of the menu as I've never ordered anything different. Today was busier than I usually see but they made excellent food again.

We came in for breakfast for the first time since it opened under a different name. And wow great service. Great food and reasonably priced. We're very happy with our experience staff is wonderful. We will be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is usually my go to place and I went today it was AWFUL! The service was horrible had to grab our own menus, had to ask for refills, had to get our own jam. Food wasn't cooked fully didn't even finish it all. Would have said something if the server actually checked on us. Never again, save your money and go somewhere that you'll actually enjoy both food and service.
the service was terrible. had to grab our own menus, watched food die in the window. as a cook and a server dining out this was horrendous to watch. sat with empty drinks for over ten minutes. server was more invested in the people cashing out than the tables waiting for their food. unacceptable and probably won’t be returning.

During the food preparation Chefs don't use gloves, hair nets or masks and proper hygiene methods.Health inspectors should do spot inspection and give them a ticket.

I rarely give bad reviews, but I am making an exception. I think this was the worst meal I'd ever been served at a restaurant. I have been here 3+ times, and each time it was poor, but this was especially bad. I think the management needs to invest more in better staff, training, food, or all three.Here are some of my complaints:- 2 out of 3 orders were made incorrectly, even though the server wrote down the requests. I suspect the kitchen staff are not reading their orders, or just don't care.- the "grilled chicken" on a sandwich was replaced with what appeared to be breaded mechanically separated chicken burgers, sliced in half to expose the "meat".- the avocado on a sandwich was so unripe that it needed to be cut with a knife and fork.- the home fries and fries were greasy and tasted bad. As a former fry cook, I suspect this means the fryers are not being cleaned often enough.None of us were able (or willing) to finish our meals. The quality of food was below what I'd be willing to serve at home, much less what I'd expect to pay restaurant money for.I'm surprised that the reviews for this place are so high, given my consistently poor experiences here. I don't know who is giving this place 5 stars, but maybe I've just been unlucky. I won't be trying my luck here again though, at least not until management changes.
