I had a wonderful experience, and the food was truly delicious. It’s impressive for a relatively new establishment, 10 years younger. While the bathroom could benefit from some updates and elbow grease—particularly with the soap pump and availability of Febreze spray—the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The people and their positive attitudes really made a difference and here theres a gem. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, the $9 Western sandwich before 10 AM, which was spot on. My Avocado ? Lox, last visit was equally delightful. The background music featuring oldies, along with news on two televisions, added to the ambiance. I would definitely recommend ? ? ☺️
Dietary restrictions: No vegetable drinks like cucumber or carrot juice to promote digestive health or recurring problems. Not popular. Overlooked with courtesy. No milk substitutes.

Wow, one of the best locations I’ve been. My family and I dropped in for a brunch and the food was amazing. Have their eggs Benny, definitely worth going for. The service was great, had my bottomless coffee coming! A great breakfast spot in Oshawa, we’ll be back!

Do not order the CHICKEN CLUB SANDWICH.....that has to be the most rubbery piece of chicken that has ever been served in a restaurant ever! Table wasn't clean, so we cleaned the chairs and table ourselves. Place was busy so good energy but that sandwich was just not it.

I’ve been to the eggsmart in Ajax and I enjoyed that location, but this Oshawa location is different, as stated in other reviews that I’ve read on here. Had the original eggs benedict with salmon, and it was okay. I personally won’t be coming back, given I know that I can get more for what I paid for here ($25.99). Furthermore, the menu stated a garnish of fruit, and even displays photos with a cup of fruit served with the dish. However, what you see in the picture I posted is the amount of fruit I received.. was a little disappointed with that, because I felt very deceived. As I stated before, other breakfast places would provide an actual cup of fruit, and not just two slices of watermelon.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER GOING BACK.
We had ordered two of the Eggs benedict meals, eggs were overcooked, Hollandaise sauce was bland, got charged an extra $1 for French fries (when it comes with the side of potatoes, no other restaurants charge for French fries instead of home), the eggs benedict is advertised to have parsley on top and come with a decent amount of fruit....we were given one small piece of watermelon.
The server was standoffish. I asked about the fruit and she said "it's the only fruit that's in season and what we give changes based on that"...what a terrible excuse. You can go to Coco frutti or Coras or even Stacked, they GIVE the fruit as advertised unlike here. Had to ask for the parsley for the top of the egg which was ridiculous. The server seemed to not only be standoffish but also in a rush, when we were asking for condiments or when the order was placed she seemed to have to go before we even finished our sentence.
Very awkward dining experience. Can't believe after spending over $30 on two meals that it A) didn't come with everything it should have. B) The service was TERRIBLE, "Bottomless coffee" and yet, weren't asked even ONCE if we wanted a refill. And the server had an attitude C) The food was mediocre AT BEST (for what we did receive).
So many better options elsewhere, even locally. You will get what you pay for at Coco frutti or Stacked if you are looking for something comparable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
(Note: To be fair, I have been to other eggsmart locations, like Whitby north and south, a better experience than here for sure, the experience was an entire 180. So if you really need your eggsmart fix, to to one of those locations and AVOID this location)

3 egg breakfast, scrambled, bacon, home fries and an English muffin. Sides I ordered, 1 pancake and 4 sausage. Eggs were rubbery and zero taste like they came from a carton. Pancake was doughy and not cooked through. Bacon, zero taste and was pre-cooked or was microwave bacon. Homefries, zero seasoning, just boiled potatoes. Sausage was deep fried. My order was complete in literally 5 minutes. Definitely not made to order. Terrible taste. Went in the garbage. That was 28 dollars. Never going back.

First of all, Bonnie did a great job of getting us in, seated, and we were well looked after by Bonnie.
That said, the incense burning in the entrance almost had us turning around before going it. Expect to smell coffee, bacon, and/or eggs when entering in the morning. What else does one smell when they walk into Tim's or Starbucks?
Music being played catered to a much younger crowd than was in the restaurant. Mostly an older crowd of adults was there so assume most would have preferred music more geared to a more mature generation, although we didn't hear any complain before we left-and most don't. They just come back less often..
The food was acceptable except that some of the spinach had black on the edges and was a turnoff. Need to take a closer look at the plates before sending out to the customer.
I think if it were not for Bonnie our short stay may not have been pleasant at all. Thank you Bonnie! Wonder if your boss realizes what a great asset you are to the business.

Ordered a small breakfast and the food was absolutely repulsive… the home “fries” might as well be chunks of raw potato, hair in undercooked scrambled eggs, and it can’t be considered “TOAST” when it isn’t even TOASTED. Went out on a limb for a quick breakfast and you can guarantee I will never be back. Didn’t finish, and threw the rest in the trash where it belongs. Eat somewhere else.
