After a slight mishap with my order Jodie was so quick to correct it and so was the kitchen staff. It was just a takeout order, but she served me with her whole heart. I felt very well taken care of. Although the extra effort and the thoughtful gestures weren't required, they were noticed and very much appreciated. She was just so genuine. Go tip Jodie! ♥️

Ordered 3 breakfasts for takeout and it was NOT good , at all. None of us could finish them and I’ve been extremely sick & nauseous all day:since, I think I got food poisoning- no joke …. the scrambled egg texture was watery and so weird just gross . One of my friends took a bite and wouldn’t have more . Potatoes were undercooked with zero seasoning or flavour , bacon was undercooked big time and we all spit out the sausage never going back . You’d think breakfast would be something that can’t be messed up. Sticking with coco fruiti and crepe castle .even Denny’s is 1000000-x better than this Wasted money big time AND definitely got sick from whatever disgusting excuse of eggs they are serving

Ordered their “chocoholic pancakes” and received pancakes that are not even close to their menu description. Even though I ordered through uber.. (picked up the order myself) I think they should still care about the customer and serve them what was on their menu.
Uber is unable to refund me because the issue was caused by the restaurant which I agree. Wasn’t their fault.

I ordered thru Uber Eats yesterday am and it’s my first time ordering online from this restaurant. I cannot give it high enough stars for the food and prompt delivery. Excellent food. Piping hot. Everything as described on site. Generous portions. My coffee was still hot 30 min after delivery. I’d say Eggsmart is the best place I’ve ever ordered from on any food app. Thank you 🙏🏻 Also, courteous delivery person.

Service was TERRIBLE, the servers were very hostile especially the manager, she seriously needs to fix her attitude. We just came from Stella’s Barry’s rager and wanted a nice breakfast to finish off the trip. Our experience at Eggsmart RUINED our whole weekend. Food was ok.

Ordered avocado toast Benedict was asked if I wanted my eggs soft, medium or hard, I asked for soft and the receipt reflects that. As you can see my eggs are not soft, they're medium. Would be nice to get what you order and pay for when it's a takeout order. We won't be ordering takeout again.

My boyfriend an I came in for brunch an we got there about 2:50ish so we’ll say it was close to 3pm. I always check the hours online when I go anywhere cause I’ve worked in retail an food an I know how annoying it is for people to come in last minute. Online it showed this place was open till 4pm on the weekend. Even online when you look up eggsmart an go to the hours it shows the business confirmed 9 weeks ago these hours were correct. We walk in an they tell us they were closed. I even said well online it shows you guys are open till 4pm but apparently they have been closing at 3pm. As my boyfriend an I are about to leave he shows me the store hours posted on the door an that it also says 4pm. The whole time I’m trying to tell the lady that was working that online an on the door it shows 4pm as the closing time. It seemed like she didn’t really believe me an even walked outside so I can show her the hours posted on the door. I told her this was unacceptable and that maybe should remove the store hours on the door if they’re not right. My boyfriend an I have never once visited this location an we will not be back again. If I could choose no stars I would.

Me and my girlfriend showed up to have some food online it said closes at 4pm so we decided to go there to eat. Upon entry the front doors had a paper on there stating the hours of operation it said Saturday closes at 4pm we went in the waitress said they close at 3.. my girlfriend said we'll online says 4pm for Saturday and she said nope we close at 3 respectfully if online said so we wouldn't have came as we came close to about 3pm then as we left I told my girlfriend look at the paper on the front door stating closing at 4 she told the waitress it says 4 on the paper and she basically called her a lair and ignorant about it.. she wasn't believing her until she came out and saw for herself and said well I dunno why that there says 4pm when we close at 3.. yeah won't be coming there again. Maybe someone should fix the operation hours online and not post false hours on the doors as you walk in..
