I am a frequent customer of Egg Smart Trenton and came to Oshawa to visit some family. I have to admit, this location was much different from the one I'm used to. The presentation was not as put together, the high chairs were extremely dirty, and the HP container was clearly never wiped down. The waitress had to go look for crayons for the children and could only find two. Overall, it was a much different experience than I'm used to. That said, our server, Bonnie, was wonderful and never missed a refill despite being alone for the first while."

This place is great. Food is great. However they do not have a separate toaster for gluten free toast. It just goes through the conveyor belt toaster, rendering it unsafe for celiacs.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free toast is not safe

The female server was soo rude and seemed racist. Didn't offer us water until the moment we finished our food. She was super demeaning when it comes to taking order and still messed up our order when it came to us asking for white bread and still giving brown.Would not be coming back to this place at all.

I stopped in for a bite Sat. Mar.16/2024, 2:45pm. I was finally waved to take a seat from the cook and 2 servers that were busy chatting near the kitchen.
They continued chatting and didnt bither ti bring me a menu ir anything. After a few minutes I felt unimportant to them and chose to leave.
This was my first time eating out alone since my husband passed away.
Thanks for letting me know that a person alone is NOT welcomed in your place.

The breakfast sandwiches we ordered were very delicious and the fries were tasty. The best part of our meal was our server Keisha! Despite being the only server on a busy Saturday, she managed to be attentive and kind!
