Ordered from Uber Eats. Hands down the best Chinese food takeout I've ever had. The spring rolls have a delightful crispy exterior, and are packed with flavor. The rice is made perfectly, very flavorful and not dried out like most places make it. And the beef with veg is delicious as well. All the food recieved was fantastic. Even my toddler loved it, which speaks volumes, as he is a picky eater. Will be my #1 place to order Chinese food from now on. The dinner for two fed all three of us, with food still left over. Absolutely worth the price.

I think it gets bonus points for value. Otherwise, your typical shopping mall Chinese food. When I was there, there was no place to sit down. Food is good, but not memorable.

Do not order from here! My girlfriend just choked and coughed this up from her food! Absolutely disgusting! Health department has been contacted. How can a restaurant call itself safe when she chokes on steel wool!

Very good, not the best, but certainly the best I've found in Oshawa. They used to give you a container that had 3 separate areas, now it's that aluminum bowl. And man o man it's a lot. I couldn't finish it in one sitting. And I'm a big guy. I get a combo C4 about twice a month. Highly recommend

This is the go to Chinese food take out restaurant in Oshawa. Dishes all have plenty of fresh veggies and meat! Always tastes fresh.

P.s. my kids loved their gift! Very sweet of you.

Ordered the shrimp dumplings on uber eats and all eight dumplings still had the poop chute in it. Not very appealing.

Good pricing and great food

For $10.75 for the boneless spare rib/beef broccoli combo I ordered, it is good value for money. The food was fine, although the spare ribs were a little dry. The fried rice tasted like the fried rice you'd find from American Chinese restaurants in New York State, interestingly. The store itself is just a takeout counter.

We Ordered on Uber eats Dinner for 2 and added on sesame chicken as it's always a favourite and we looove left overs.

When it comes to Chinese food, we normally only order for price and quantity as it's usually sitting out for a few hours and becomes soggy before it's delivered. NOT THIS PLACE! Everything was surprisingly fresh! From the vegetables to the chicken to the rice, tastes like they just bought the veggies today and cooked everything fresh for our order.

This is such a rarity that we were very pleasantly surprised! It was only one experience on a Monday evening but we will definitely be returning. 5/5

I had never heard of Family Wok, until I got called to come down to my grandpa's and have Chinese food which is my favourite. His neighbour had ordered a ton of it from this new place that delivered via UberEats. We don't live close-by.

The food was really good, and I ate a lot. I've had all kinds of Chinese food, and this was some of the best.

We usually order from Golden Pine now, and have for several years. We drive to pick it up. Before that, it was Win Yeung Garden. Years ago, it was Tang Dynasty which I miss.

We ordered Family Wok again for a big family friends dinner. Everyone loved it.

I've ordered it once to our house, and wish I had just before Christmas. Instead, I cheaped out and got Hong Kong House. Well, never again!

Last night, we had a family dinner. My intent was to order from Golden Pine, but I think they were closed. Anyway, I ended up ordering Family Wok on UberEats.

We got the dinner for 6, plus a spicy beef dish. One I'd had before, and warned everyone about. Most don't love spice, or cannot eat it, but I dislike shrimp. I admittedly have a love/dislike relationship with this spicy beef dish because, while it's really good, it burns your tongue for a while and can make it hard to taste other dishes.

There were lots of comments about how surprisingly good the food was, how it's better than Golden Pine and more. I'm torn between the two, but like having options.

Family Wok nailed it again. I just wish they wouldn't have put shrimp in things like the rice or one other dish.

I spent $135.34, which included a $16 driver tip.

To add onto this: My friend loves their hot and sour soup, but says it's pretty hot too!

One more thing: Why does the dinner for 6 say it includes 5 fortune cookies? We got 7, though.
