I don’t understand how you’re an eat in establishment and don’t have a restroom. One person working, stood there for 10 minutes before leaving as no one took my order.

i love the burritos and the service a location opened up a few months ago in my area and i never tried it before so i went in and had a burrito and fell in love with the food the restaurant is my favorite now for burritos and i love there service the rideau street location is amazing the staff are polite and very helpful

The staff at this location are amazing. They were warm and friendly. The portions are generous. The food is delicious! Most importantly the restaurant is clean. I would definitely return and recommend this location to my friends and family.

Didn't have the protein I wanted, ordered a Bowl and a burrito. The bowl had almost no rice I asked for crunchies and was told that the girl cooking the protein would put them on but never got any. Wanted refried beans on the burrito the girl put the spoon in and literally tried to spread liquid on my tortilla NOT A SINGLE BEAN then every topping after was limited in portion size. Honestly would have been better off going to Taco Bell which is the equivalent of going to Little Caesars for pizza.. I will not be returning.
Kid-friendliness: A couple came in after me with a little fella maybe 3 years old they wanted a cheese quesadilla for him and were charged full price as apparently there are no child size portions

They have different menu and they put a different marinade for chicken different than other franchises And both beans was like a dry and then it's a bad service

Was told noodles at thd end NEVER GOT NOODLES ON TWO, no crispys on any of them after repeatedly asking then watch them not do it and then was told that they can't anymore because they're already on the grill I had to walk the clock the customer service representative step by step through how to ring me up messed up my order three times super unimpressed had a similar experience where I didn't even get my order at the North Simcoe one batbastard you need to pull up
Both girls were super friendly and even serviced well. And burrito was tasty!

Tried for the first time and felt so unwelcome I regret not leaving. my overpriced burrito was awful so wet and gross.. went back another day the staff was nicer but again didn’t like it so I asked for advice on their page and someone comes back at me with a pretty disgusting comment.. rude customer service and gross over priced food.. zero stars!

I did not need to eat the size of burrito that was delivered to me. But I could not stop once I started. It was too delicious. I ate this whole thing. I’m still full. 5/5 dopamine boosting comfort food

Ordered a huge barrito everything in the food station was bad. The lettuce and coleslaw had water leached out, the beans where dry the rice where dry on the edges. The side station was all wrapped up and nice as it was an inconvenience to open fresh stuff. The sauces had no labels to know whatsoever.the employee had to cook roasted veggies and put them in the same old container that was sitting in the food station with left over veggie water . This place made me sick they need to get some food inspection done .
