Had such a great experience at Firehouse Subs! Anil helped us out and he was absolutely amazing. His customer service was top tier; super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made great recommendations and even convinced us to try the fries…. Soooo good!!! Shoutout Anil, he was awesome and shoutout firehouse subs for the top tier subs!

Today I went to firehouse subs. I usually get a brisket and cheddar. I was very dissatisfied. This time. The meat was not very lean. There was a lot of fat that’s not usual for firehouse subs very disappointed.

$16 for a small sandwich. It took almost 15mins to get it... And when I did get it, it was not what I ordered. It was good but too long (it wasn't busy) and pricey. I won't be back.

Ordered last night and was hair in my sub disgusting pop machine not filled only one kind of pop available no coke or flavored coke place needs to be better did not even give me a bag for the subs dissatisfied with this place never will return again

Use to love this place. Only one person working other person on break. 4 people waiting plus delivery people. Gone to crap. Never toasted properly. Too expensive. For a 3 inch sub

Such slow service. Not worth the wait. Portions are definitely smaller then they used to be

Tim Hortons effect. Will be last time I go to firehouse. Portions are way smaller than they used to. Service takes forever. $30 for the cheddar brisket (with a drink.)that has more mayo than meat is disgusting. Had no problem paying the price when it was made well. That's the whole reason I stopped going to subway. Looks like firehouse is worse than subway on portions now.

Went for an uber pickup which was a big order. Despite giving the customer’s name and order number, the staffs gave me a wrong bag of order. I had tried to confirm twice with the staff regarding what bags belong to me. I even called them on store’s number multiple times regarding this, but wasn’t received a single time. All these happened, and they still had audacity to report me on delivery app for their own mistake.

I even visited the restaurant the other day, and showed them how many times I called them and also asked why I was reported. They assured that they would remove the report, so I waited for 2 days but they didn’t do what was promised. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Was so excited to see the Thanksgiving sub was back. So disappointed this year. There was barely any turkey on it just tons of mushy stuffing. Very disappointing.

Looking forward to the Thanksgiving sub. Got it home and I had to take all the stuffing off the sub. The stuffing was so wet it was like a paste. The turkey meat itself was good. The stuffing was so wet the bun was even soggy. First time customer kind of disappointed.

What happened to this place? I feel like I was tricked, almost $50 for a large and a small sub.. a bulge of meat in one spot, none on the other end, minimal ingredients, clear, cold “bacon”. So disappointing. Won’t return to this location
