Firehouse Subs Oshawa

Went for an uber pickup which was a big order. Despite giving the customer’s name and order number, the staffs gave me a wrong bag of order. I had tried to confirm twice with the staff regarding what bags belong to me. I even called them on store’s number multiple times regarding this, but wasn’t received a single time. All these happened, and they still had audacity to report me on delivery app for their own mistake.

I even visited the restaurant the other day, and showed them how many times I called them and also asked why I was reported. They assured that they would remove the report, so I waited for 2 days but they didn’t do what was promised. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Was so excited to see the Thanksgiving sub was back. So disappointed this year. There was barely any turkey on it just tons of mushy stuffing. Very disappointing.

Looking forward to the Thanksgiving sub. Got it home and I had to take all the stuffing off the sub. The stuffing was so wet it was like a paste. The turkey meat itself was good. The stuffing was so wet the bun was even soggy. First time customer kind of disappointed.

What happened to this place? I feel like I was tricked, almost $50 for a large and a small sub.. a bulge of meat in one spot, none on the other end, minimal ingredients, clear, cold “bacon”. So disappointing. Won’t return to this location

They will regularly screw up your order. I love the subs but seriously the reading comprehension of the employees leaves a lot to be desired. On the bright side, if you have a pulse this is place will probably hire you 🤷

I will be honest the vibe is different. I could barely understand the man at the counter. They mutter 'welcome to firehouse' which I barely understood. The bun was barely cooked and so extremely soggy by the time I got home, which has never happened until this visit.

I have eaten firehouse for years but this was the last time. I spent $50 for 2 combos ands its just not worth it at all.

Hire people who can be properly trained like the staff you've had for years.

I recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Both thanksgiving subs look like this and the brisket sub had extra sauces that were not asked for. And all I was reimbursed was $22. For a $78 order.

Charged me $2.99 for a medium ice water. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Guy taking my order was nearly impossible to understand. Tomato soup was awful.
Real bad experience. Some guy followed me yammering at me about something.
Not recommended.
