Staff is friendly and the subs are amazing! My go to is the brisket n cheddar, definately a must try!

Really not worth the price. The steak and cheese was decidedly mediocre. Subway steal and cheese tastes better, and it's still garbage. Nothing about this place lives up to the cost. Go to Teddy's get a real deli sandwich, same price. Ten times better
ordered platters to cater a birthday and they did not disappoint. would recommend and order again myself. picture is second day and eating the leftovers hah.

I Love firehouse subs & This location was great. I’ve been to about 4 different locations and this is at the top for sure. Plus who doesn’t love a coke machine. The peach coke is SO good, the tropical coke confused my tastebuds and who doesn’t love cherry and cherry Vanilla Coke!
Customer service was 11/10 when I came in on Friday April 11th :) and the new hot sauces are such a great concept!
They’re ranked from 1-10 Mild to Spicy, number 7 (pineapple hot sauce) is amazing!
I love pepper and so this wasn’t hot to me at all (7 on spice scale), added such a nice flavour to the brisket hat trick sub - also tried the carrot chipotle (3 on spice scale) this was more on the vinegary side, not really a fan, but they were really nice allowing me to try two! I would have tried them all lol but didn’t want to push my luck!!
Med Brisket hat trick combo (rounded up via donation) came to $20, will always be a rad expensive for a sub, but it’s quiet a good sub and we don’t come in too often.

Last two times I've come to this location for online order pickups, the food has not been ready or over 20 minutes past the pick-up time provided.
Staff are working incredibly hard, but the restaurant does not have enough employees working to handle the lunch time volume.
With the cost they charge, they should be able to pay enough people to provide at least a mediocre level of service.
The staff barely have time to acknowledge customers waiting, they're so busy trying to get caught up on orders.
It's sad to watch them have to deal with a queue of unhappy customers who had their orders delayed.
Placed an order on the app while I was at the location as there was a promotion however it was very busy, of which is understandable. App and my email said my order would be ready at 835pm however, I didn't get it til 8:58pm but whatever, that's not what bothered me as I get it, it was busy. I specifically asked 2 employees to ensure the bacon was well done and was told it would be. It was almost raw and inedible as I hate not crispy chewy bacon hence i went out of my way to make sure i asked the staff. My order also asked to add honey mustard and i ordered an extra pickle and got neither of the above. The last 2 times I have visited this location and the order wasn't as I asked for and it is quite disappointing.

Wanted to comment on how great the customer service was. The two working at the time came out and checked on us a couple of times
Medium sub fills me don't think I can eat a large and they taste great so many options to choose from
Service is fine. 40$ for 2 sandwich’s just isn’t justifiable. Especially when one is the “ medium” size
