Food is a little pricey but is excellent quality, lot's of different topping options. Service was quick, staff were friendly enough, restaurant was clean.They don't offer combo's on the menu items. Kind of a retro diner feel.

First time here and disappointed with it. I don’t know if what happened is just part of how Five Guys is, but it was disappointing. Food was good, but it seemed that they forgot I ordered a regular fry and thought I got the smaller size. I watched as the worker shovelled more fries just into my bag. I wanted to stay hopeful and just assumed that there was a big box or bag inside the paper one for my fries. But there was none. I opened the bag and the fries were everywhere, and the bag for the fries that was given was tiny. I hope that this isn’t usual.
Patty melt was super good but the cheeseburgers buns were a bit soggy

I have always loved 5 Guys! Quick service, the burgers taste so good, fries are delish. The unlimited peanuts, I mean......come on.
We stopped into 5 Guys on route to Toronto. We had to chow in the vehicle, which was not ideal. It was VERY messy. My bun was soggy and fell apart in my lap (I do like a few toppings so....) Thank Gawd I was covered in several napkins because I would have needed a full shower afterward, should I have forgotten them.
The burger was good, but it was hard to really assess because it was a bit of a mess in my lap. They did give lots of fries, so that was yum.
Soooo I haven't been here in a few years, but I can see that prices have gone up (like everything else out there lol). If you were to get a burg + fries + drink, it would cost you approx $25.
AND get this. I went down a dark rabbit hole on the web and ascertained that the 5 guys burg is THE MOST UNHEALTHY CHEESEBURGER re: American fast food chains (because of the sugar, salt, fat). And the fries have a terrible score too! I was bummed by that news (see pic). I guess 5 Guys falls into the eat-once-every-two-or- three-years category (ie KFC). Never say never! 😄

Hamburger bun was soggy and greasy. Hamburger patty seemed undercooked. Cashier can barely speak passable English so ordering was very complicated. Dining room was dirty. Washroom was absolutely disgusting. And there was a worker attempting to sweep the dining room while it was full of people eating which seems like a health code violation. If it is not it should be. I do not recommend it and I will never be back
