I so appreciate the effort of the team at Frantastic Events today. I didn't know how to answer a question regarding if the chicken was halal for one of my teammates lunches. They provided confirmation and proof immediately so he could eat and get back to training. Thanks for helping me learn too! 100% would recommend for team lunches etc.

Overpriced for very bland food. Paid $10 for a frozen patty on a mediocre hamburger bun.

Our company orders from the Frantastic lunch menu at least once a week; excellent food, friendly service, reasonable prices...highly recommend!

Trying to spin the flat, bland and tasteless quiche review into a positive. Mmm. Nope. I realize that the owner will just berate me for telling my truth, but the food has no flavour, and lacks creativity. The meals are ridiculously expensive, and with the tiny portions, there is no excuse for high prices or Lack lustre meals at all. We have tried your shop 8 times now, and well, since you even freaked out when someone mentioned a barefoot staff, which is illegal in a kitchen, by the way, it does make us all laugh when you say talk to you first, don't write negative reviews.You refused to talk to us when we returned the burger with the hair, and then said it was planted! You also refused to speak to us about ingredients I can't have, due to celiac disease, which you said was untrue, and I just wanted your recipes...SoVery long story short...our office gives up supporting you. Your mother picking stuff from her feet while picking beans bothers us. Maybe not you, but it's not allowed in any health department test I ever took...even at work the teenagers know to wear socks and closedToe shoes. Laws to protect us.If you actually took constructive criticism and worked with it, we might return, but you simply don't care and treat us like stupid sheep.Too bad.Now with one less shop, maybe you can work on some flavour and presentation. We all wanted you to succeed, but you really treat us all like garbage.

Have been enjoying their food for 4 weeks while on a project in Whitby. Good quality food, reasonanle pricing and great customer service. Chad is awesome!

Ordered the hot and ready keto lasagna. Was quite delicious and filling. Will definitely be returning to try other meals.

I walked in with my partner and we were greeted right away by this lovely lady. She was very informative and helped us so much with choosing the right things and more! We walked in looking for a dessert and walked out with a large bag full of goods. We were excited to try the Philly steak and oh my gosh, they were extremely good! I can’t believe it’s Keto because it’s that good. Definitely recommend! 10/10 service and food quality

I ordered a cake for my only child’s 6th birthday party from Fran. The theme was the LOL dolls, which Fran executed to perfection. The cake was beautifully decorated and delicious as well. Hustling to work after the BNI Awards, on September the 28th, I was called to supply at a school nearby Fran’s Oshawa mall store and forgot that schools did not have cafeterias open anymore and rarely you will find food in a vending machine. Typically eating two meals a day, that day my breakfast was light and was famished by lunch time, so after realizing that I was faced to having leave the school grounds to find food. The thought of eating McDonalds with my guilty pleasure Big Mac did not interest me, my mind was racing: where I can find some good healthy food? Once I drove into the Oshawa mall parking lot it just hit me when I estimated Fran’s car there; just remembering she had a shop in the mall. After grabbing the first parking spot, I rushed to the mall entrance bypassing McD’s and voila Frantastic beamed like an oasis. I ordered a chicken bagel sandwich, served by a gracious employee, which was outstanding and filling. Frantastic saved me from the greasy pull of McD’s French fries and a grumbling stomach in class. I plan on ordering a Raider cake for my birthday, as Bart Scott said “…Can’t wait!”
