I had a fantastic experience at Fresh Burrito! The food was incredibly fresh and nicely made. Krishna was absolutely amazing — friendly and genuinely welcoming. It's always a pleasure to be served by someone who clearly enjoys their job. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Ordered for the third time today and was so disgusted I had to returned the whole order minus a burrito. The tacos were so soggy you lift it and it fell apart some had barely any meat and the fries were burnt . Came into store and girls said it would be 4-5 mins for the order to be remade then they tried to give me fries that had been sitting there for 15 minutes so i made them make fresh. They dont know what they are doing they spent more time laughing and talking then they did. Preparing orders i had to wait 45 minutes which is ubsurd. . And the cross contamination from the one girl was wild. Thankful she didn't touch my food . This is absolutely a repulsive experience and we wont be back. These workers need some training. Avoid this place. Because again the food is cold. They take too long dont have a clue what they are doing. A real disappointment. Im going to corporate.

I ordered a chicken burrito and it was probably the worst burrito I've ever eaten. I am not a picky eater and I don't like posting negative reviews but I was very disappointed. Please don't be so stingy with your sauces! I ordered sour cream, salsa, and mayo but I couldn't taste any of it so the burrito was really dry and very bland!
I’ve been ordering from this local taco hope through uber eats, and have had great success with the quality and freshness of the food thus far!
Looking forward to dining in one of these day.

I placed an order through DoorDash, and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to prepare a simple order—that’s unacceptable. The poor Dasher was waiting from 1:01 AM to 1:35 AM, just standing there. I genuinely felt bad for them. If you know the order is going to take that long, at least update the estimated time so customers and Dashers aren’t left hanging. Please work on improving the process—it shouldn’t take this long. ( suppose to be delivered at 1:05 am its 1:54 still waiting )

Has the feel of a cookie cutter burrito restaurant. Food is similar to many other burrito restaurants with the same offerings for toppings. A positive is the daily special which saves you $1.50 off the regular size burrito.
