I usually love this franchise. However on this day at this location I was very disappointed. The guy making the food was either sick and should have not been there or he was just not very concerned about impressions. He burped on someone’s food while preparing a burrito. GROSS!!! Not mine or I would have been cancelling the order. Once I saw that I started to notice a few other things. The guy was snorting and grunting with some sort of phlegm issue. Once I noticed this I couldn’t eat the rest of my food. It was so gross it had turned my stomach and I wondered about the sanitary/cleanliness of the whole situation. At that point I started to gag and threw out my food. I went to use the bathroom and wash up before I left. Let’s just say that I took one step in that bathroom and decided it was in my best interest to not use that facility. My hands would have probably been dirtier had I tried to wash up there. Anyway, I would not return to this location in North Oshawa at Harmony and Taunton, which is a shame because the many other locations I go to are operated much better and are far cleaner. Zero stars wasn’t an option thats why I gave it a one. Be careful going to this location!

Was a rather disgusting experience here. Guy making the burrito seemed to be struggling with some flem in his throat while also coughing, and burping. All while making the burrito. Bathroom was also quite nasty.

Terrible location go to Oshawa centre for the burritos. Employee didn't even stir the ground beef just dipped spoon in and shook off the oil, they should be cleaning and turning the condiments and meats instead if leaving them to sit. This is the second time I tried to give this place a chance never again. Employees or manager should be stepping up cleaning this place.

Great service. Food was fresh even in the evening/night. And I can't forget the generous portions which included extra tacos at no charge. This location operates like a family-owned business

Burritos are so flavourful! No lacking there! & they are huge/Filled very generously. In my options they are a little wet and over filled. Making my wrap weak and almost soggy every time. The cilantro and tomatoes could have looked more fresh but otherwise okay spot! & good customer service!
