Ordered a smoothie bowl recently to try it out and the toppings were barely provided in the bowl and not worth the money paid. Not enough granola or fruit in the bowl in comparison to the value. Very disappointed.

This is my favourite Freshii location. Owners are often there working and are very friendly, efficient and run a great business. Space is clean and there is usually an open table if you want to eat in. My go to spot for lunch when I haven't brought in my own. Skip the burger and get something that will leave you feeling great for the rest of your day!

There is a great selection on the menu, even allowing you to customize your own dish. I was able to taste test the dressing flavours and, may I add that they all have an amazing flavour. I had a really great first experience.

I think your food was ok for what it was, however your staff is broken and they need fixing. The two women working left me standing there for a few minutes, one came out and instead of saying hi or something like that she turned to the other woman and said there is someone here. When I told the second woman I was there for a pick up order she looked at me with an annoyed expression, asked my name, handed over food. I left pretty annoyed by the pure misery in my experience

I ordered food for 3 people for an office lunch and when the food was delivered it was the completely wrong order. I called the restaurant and was pretty much told that they can't help me. I was told to GOOGLE the number for customer service as apparently they don't have that information on hand in the store. I asked for the manager and was also told that they are not in town. Apparently there is no one there that can rectify anything that goes wrong. The cost difference was almost $20 (my order was $66 and the order received was $47). I will be escalating this when I can FIND a phone number of someone to speak with!

The experience at this Freshii location was horrible. I usually eat at Freshii so I decided to try the Oshawa location. I ordered a bowl this time. The food did not taste fresh at all, and the ingredients were definitely stale. They put barely any sauce on it! Awful!!

I ordered two Buddha bowls and they were awful. There was no sauce and the noodles were undercooked. I have ordered freshii from a number of locations but my first and last ordering from this one. I couldn't even eat the noodles. Zero flavour. Very disappointed

My experience at this Freshii location was quite disappointing, mainly due to the poor management. One of the managers was raising their voice at the staff, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It was clear the employees were under a lot of stress, and it showed in the service. The whole place felt disorganized, and the lack of professionalism from the management really impacted the overall experience. I came in expecting a relaxed, healthy meal, but instead left feeling uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant dining environment.
