Not fresh at all… save yourself the trouble and choose another freshii location because this franchise is a mess. The strawberries were rotten on chia pudding and after spending $40 on two drinks two immunity shots and a pudding the manager asked to speak to me on the phone to dispute my ask for a refund and a new smoothie. We talked on the phone for way longer than we should have where she told me the strawberries can’t be rotten… when I told her I won’t be returning she said if that’s the case she can’t do anything for me which is crazy…. she did refund my pudding and had them make me a new drink after fighting me about it… normally if you serve someone rotten food you should own up to your mistake and be apologetic not fight for a $7 refund and a new smoothie.

Server had me repeating myself when placing my order. Then after handling the register, taking money etc. she proceeded to make my food without washing her hands. In an industry where health and safety is top priority I was disappointed. I’ve been to other freshii locations and never had to tell someone to wash their hands before making my food. Very unsanitary and I feel management should review sanitary protocols with their employees.

In this pregnancy all I been eating is freshii and I been to multiple different location and this was far worst experience I had ..Service was not polite but top of that I got a choclate peanut smoothie (which didn't taste like how usually everyone makes for me ) and Buddha bowl was just not nice at all..This was a good location I used to go during summer and so disappointing the service went bad ( staff members weren't friendly at all today )

Watch out for the Pangea bowl.This location makes the top Look very presentable but don’t be fooled like me! Unbeknownst to me - small assortment of toppings with 2.5 cups of rice!!? I take the L here.I will give this location one more chance. Next time, I will ask for LESS rice/more topping & open the bowl before leaving to avoid any disappointment. :)

Been going here to purchase food which I enjoy (regular customer). Needs improvement with the customer service...I was in the area twice and chose to use the restroom only to be argued with by the lady to the front with the accent (Middle Eastern look/short) stating it was out of order which it wasn't knowing I wanted to go urgently. This is unacceptable especially for a regular customer! Good business ethics is NOT just about receiving people's money but GOOD customer service.

I haven't been to Freshii for a while, but I will be back! Cobb Salad and Roasted Pepper/Tomato Soup! Fantastic! The staff here are great! Very helpful and polite. The sitting area is not fancy by any stretch, but most people take food to go. It was clean! Will be back. A little steep on the price ( maybe I am just old..), but $50 for two salads, two soups and a drink! But once again, that may be just me. It was very good, so no real complaints here..
