I usually order here no problems. Today I did an online order, paid in advance, waited the 25 minutes and drove to go pick it up. Was told they didn't have the item I ordered. I was asked why I wasn't called and told this, no answer was given other than she was going to eventually. I told her I already paid and asked how I could get my money back. She said she couldn't refund it. So now I'm trying to find a way to get a refund from their online ordering system. I am so upset and feel this was handled so poorly, I should have been called right away or the order should have never been accepted in the first place. I was in a rush on lunch and placed this order ahead of time so I had time to drive there and get it and eat it before lunch was over. I am also 8 months pregnant and didn't have time to stop anywhere else to grab anything. I am also out $20 now. I should be contacted by a manger because this wasn't right.

Really good pizza, too expensive though. Not looking to spend more than double what an average pizza place charges.

I've got to say, on of the best pizza joints in the city by far. It is conveniently located right next to the GO station as well!

They bake the pepperoni underneath a generous layer of authentic mozzarella. Also, the dough is phenomenal, thick, airy, crunchy, and all homemade! If they have extra, they make a dough ball for the center of the pizza.

Truly the jewel of Oshawa's pizza industry.

Twice we've tried this place, first time she- apparently owner, seemed over worked and we let it go. No greeting at the door, no pleasantrys, no smile, nothing, but like I said, we let it go, thinking it was a bad night for her. We aren't that hard to please.

Came in to try again Saturday, and OMG same attitude, no acknowledgment when we walked in, she just kept doing her thing on the pizza oven. 10 minutes of waiting and she comes over and asks what we want, no hello, no hiya, zip, just a skowel. Asked for one sub and she says nope there's no cheese for it, and that's the only problem everything else is okay, asked for a seafood sub, nope can't do that, asked for a corned beef, nope cant do that, asked for a tuna sub and yep they could do that. I asked for a meatball sub and was told there'd be a 25 minute wait as she had three orders in front of us, so, I thought well if we have to wait that long, how about the lasagna, and she smirks and says we'll that'll be 35 minutes, I said okay thanks were good and walked out. I can't believe this place is still in business with her there, ZERO appreciation for customers.

If Mr Burger opened late down here or even better 24 hrs they'd make a killing and put GoGo away out of business.

Hard to believe any food business is this rude to customers these days. I'm in your business, I'm the priority, not delivery's, are you serious???

They can't afford to fix their sign to light up at night so it's impossible to tell if they're open unless you pull right up, even then you aren't sure, they have one bottle of rye and one bottle of smirnoff and 7 bottles of canadian to offer for their liquor license, the place looks completely run down and always has at least one drunk sitting there at 1 am.

Other places are going to open and they are bit by bit in Oshawa realizing that late night food is hard to find in Oshawa outside of pizza and you will end up out of business with the lack of customer service you provide, it's a simple matter of it will take me a bit but if you want a drink while you wait would have made us happy, and it's an Upsale ffs, get up to date with the way you treat people!!!

Place is dated but food and service are above average. Pizza is loaded with cheese never a need to order extra cheese.

I ordered the worst pizza in my 54 years of living. I ordered a large pepperoni onion and mushroom pizza. Along with two diet pepsis. Two regular pepsis came along with a raw pizza. The oversized dough was soft the bottom was soft... I've never choked on moist food ever until last night due to the thick layer of cheese slapped onto the pizza... something we didn't ask for. It was an embarrassment to pizza. Someone does not give a s*** about standards or quality. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and very professional... She even read the order back to me. No complaints there at least.

I use to order from Go Go’s years ago when I worked in Oshawa. Ordered 2 panzarotti yesterday when I was in town and what a disappointment. Next to no filling and all dough. Will not go back again.
