Food is incredible, every time, anything you order just so tasty, where they lack is timing and attentive service.
Wait times are always crazy for the food which tells me they need to streamline their kitchen process in some way,
Service is friendly, when you can catch them, they spend more time in the back than the front often times even if they have a lobby of people waiting.
If this restaurant could fix up their back end process they could easily be rolling in the extra profits
