Usually goes to the one up simcoe.... decided to give the location on bloor a try.... to begin the daily breakfast is priced higher than simcoe location... then also they dont give you the option of 1 ham or sausage... it got to be both of the same. If thats how they operate then fine with me... but its not worth paying more at this location and can't have an option... walked out without even eating.

This place is in need of a deep clean and update. Everything from the door handles, the floor to the tip jar are disgusting. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was sitting out in open air, not packaged up. I ordered Halibut and Chips. Didn't smell or taste like Halibut. In fact, my coworker asked if I was eating tuna or shrimp. The whole way back to my office, I was thinking that they might have mixed up my order, because the smell was so off. The batter was EXTREMELY thin. I could see the fish through the batter. Fries were ok. The ketchup packets provided were absolutely disgusting - a horrible off brand. I spent $24 plus a tip for a meal that I threw in the garbage. I will not be returning to this location. The best thing about this meal was the bag that it came in. This Halibut House needs to do better! I want my money back.

This was my second time coming to this location, and I was hoping for a better experience this time, but unfortunately, it was not. We ordered the cod special for takeout, and the fish batter was soggy, and there were maybe 15 fries in the box. I literally had more condiments than fries.

These guys pretend that they are another store when the other store is closed and for those riding their bikes or not driving to pick up the food, it’s very mean to pretend that you are somebody you are not adding 15 minutes to the ride
