I went to Harpo’s for dinner with my sisters and had an amazing time. The atmosphere as well as the staff were lovely. The food was delicious and a large variety of dessert options which we enjoyed. Will definitely be back xo

The service and food at Harpos is always exceptional. From the complimentary bread to the amazing Caesar salad to any of the entrees, I am always impressed. I would have to say it is my favourite restaurant in Durham Region.
The Caesar salad dressing is truly the best I have ever had, even compared to fine dining restaurants in Toronto and Las Vegas.
Harpo's, located conveniently on 44 Stevenson Rd S, immediately impresses with its accessibility. Finding the restaurant is effortless, and the ample, easy parking makes the start of the evening stress-free. From the moment the door opens, you are met with a genuinely warm reception, a true sense of hospitality that sets a lovely tone for the rest of the night.
I was genuinely surprised to see how busy the restaurant was, even on a cold Wednesday night, a clear testament to its local reputation. The ambiance is wonderfully cozy and intimate. The combination of thoughtfully chosen artwork and perfect, warm lighting creates a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. The window seats are especially nostalgic; sitting with loved ones, watching the wet night outside while soft background music plays, confirms that Harpo's meticulously crafts an environment for truly beautiful dining.
The overall experience is elevated by the staff. The fantastic service from every employee was attentive without being intrusive.
The absolute crown of the crop was the food. I ordered the prime rib, and it was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and seasoned flawlessly. The accompanying potatoes and veggies were also prepared to perfection. Considering the quality of the meal, the setting, and the service, the food offers excellent value for money.
Without hesitation, I recommend Harpo's. It is truly the best dining spot in Oshawa for both intimate date nights and memorable family dinners.

Everything was absolutely amazing, Had the SAGANAKI appetizer it was so delicious I had the seafood trio, my Girlfriend had the Prime Rib she said it was melt in your mouth good, the seafood was all cooked to perfection, our Server Amanda was very pleasant and helpful with menu suggestions, I will definitely be returning.

First time dining here for my grandmother’s birthday. We were in the private room with the most awkward configuration of tables I have ever seen. 10 adults and 2 babies in 3 side by side ~ 6ft round tables. It made the dining experience awkward to converse with family. My caesar salad was over dressed/soggy and way too salty. Steak was underdone (ordered med rare and it came out rare). The server didn’t come back soon enough to address these issues unfortunately. I also found the lighting to be too bright which affected the mood/ambiance. That being said, the veggies were amazing (tender crisp and not mushy) as was the complimentary garlic bread and baked shrimp appetizer. They brought out a piece of carrot cake for my grandmother as well which was a nice touch. Overall, I don’t think I would dine here again.
