Absolutely discusted. Ordered a burger and 2 poutines. Soggy poutine, fries arent even cooked gravy tastes burnt and old. Burger bun is literally wet and soggy. Condiments smeared across bun, everything tossed on. More in wrapper then is on burger. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru to get soggy food. Not impressed.

Just went through the drive through (November 3rd 2024, 11:24pm). Probably one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered a hotdog combo, they said they didn’t have any hotdogs made and it would take 20 minutes to make one hotdog. Then she proceeds to say that they “can’t find the hotdogs”. This could’ve been communicated with me before I finished ordering at the drive through but she decided to let me know at the window.
The person working the drive through doesn’t seem to understand English very well or they’re lacking serious communication skills for customers. Never asked me what drink I wanted with my hotdog and once I finished ordering my hotdog just said “drive up” even though I wanted to order more.
Ended up going to BK across the street. Such a waste of time.

was siting in harveys reserved number1 spot for 11 minutes waiting for 1 hamburger I'm there just about everyday never have I been stuck there so long got home burger didn't even have the right stuff on i ordered shame on you

I’ve been fan of this Canadian franchise since I was a kid. Until today I’d never had undercooked rings, like half cooked, they weren’t even brown, they were a light beige and the onions weren’t cooked at all. Pretty much inedible, I guess I’ll change up the side next time.

Wanted a refund on my chicken burger that was dry and tasted burnt, took one bite and said no way. Asked to see the manager and he said he’s not getting me a different burger and refused to give me a refund. NEVER AGAIN.

Well, I’m so not impressed with my recent visit to this location. (See Pictures). I visit here at least once a week and the service is definitely not consistent even though the staff are. I recently (3 weeks ago) posted a positive review about Jordan to which I received a response from the owner. I edited my review to include my displeasure on my recent visit but no response. I spend my hard earned money here often and to be treated like I was it has put a really bad taste in my mouth. This isn’t a one off as quite often the staff just don’t have any positive energy, attitude or care here. You need to hire me here and get the service, professionalism and care into proper mode.

The person at the drive-through had little to no interest. They looked away as they handed me my food. It was like the least amount of Interest put forth. I had to scrape the excess toppings off my burger. Very disappointing. This used to been a great location for a long time.
I don't usually come to this location but we went through the drive thru because we were in the area. We ordered two original combos - no cheese, no bacon on either of them. Somehow they both came with cheese. Due to allergies the burger couldn't be eaten. It's disappointing when you get to your destination and you're unable to enjoy your meal.

it was not a beautiful thing ! they forgot my poutine when called in about they said it was written in the book .. go back three days later no poutine written in book ..was told to call Thursday to talk.to manager .

Being a vegetarian I appreciate that they carry a vegetarian burger. It was pretty good and I enjoyed it. Friendly and fast customer service. Our regular restaurant when we lived in Oshawa.
