After 4 years living near this place, I decide to buy a take out on the drive trugh and bring to my kids. Food is ok, don’t get me wrong, it is a chain… But taking 18 min to get my stuff to my car was off. That’s normal restaurant time. Just don’t go expecting it is a fast food, because despite the quality being fast food, it isn’t fast

We ordered onion rings and wanted to add Harv sauce, lettuce and some onions, however the staff charged 5 bucks for toppings. I regularly go to 2 Warren ave. where they do not charge. I got 2 onion rings for 16 bucks which is ridiculous.

The lady who served me seemed like be having a bad day. Was not very friendly or polite at all. I got that feeling even before she served me with the guy ahead of me. I said hello and please and thank you still. I felt very unwelcomed. Fries were old and cold when I went to eat in car. Very dissatisfied. Update to my review. I was treated very well in response to my review and concerns. I was very happy with the customer service response and management at the restaurant, will definitely give it another try as I’ve never had issues in the past. December 30, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A quick stop to use to the bathroom, which was clean! We decided to grab a bite. Service was friendly and fast. I enjoyed the Jr. Cheeseburger combo. Burger toppings taste fresh. Overall, we enjoyed the visit.

I loved the Buffalo Chicken Poutine. It was delicious. The customer service of the person who prepared my food was excellent. Moreover, the Christmas decorations were really nice.

Food quality actually improved from my last visit 5 years ago, especially the vege burger. The portion sizes were also adequate for the value. The staff was friendly and added to the pleasant experience.

Absolutely discusted. Ordered a burger and 2 poutines. Soggy poutine, fries arent even cooked gravy tastes burnt and old. Burger bun is literally wet and soggy. Condiments smeared across bun, everything tossed on. More in wrapper then is on burger. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru to get soggy food. Not impressed.

Just went through the drive through (November 3rd 2024, 11:24pm). Probably one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered a hotdog combo, they said they didn’t have any hotdogs made and it would take 20 minutes to make one hotdog. Then she proceeds to say that they “can’t find the hotdogs”. This could’ve been communicated with me before I finished ordering at the drive through but she decided to let me know at the window.
The person working the drive through doesn’t seem to understand English very well or they’re lacking serious communication skills for customers. Never asked me what drink I wanted with my hotdog and once I finished ordering my hotdog just said “drive up” even though I wanted to order more.
Ended up going to BK across the street. Such a waste of time.
