I’ve ate here several times and noticed back of house staff aren’t wearing gloves while handling food, as someone who used to be a sous chef this is pretty gross and could possibly hurt someone. Mentioned this to front of house staff and they just said they wash their hands frequently? Touching raw meat than other food can cause cross contamination and bacteria. Genuinely saw a woman grab a patty and put it on the grill than touch another persons burger than anothers cheese slice. Food is great but genuinely disgusting food handling.

I’m beyond frustrated with my recent experience at Harvey’s. I specifically ordered a veggie burger, made it very clear at the counter, and even double-checked. What did I get? A non-veg burger.

This is NOT a small mistake — I don’t eat meat, and this is extremely disrespectful and careless. Whether it’s religious, ethical, or health-related, people choose veggie options for a reason. Your staff’s lack of attention could’ve caused serious issues.

Get it together. If your team can’t handle orders correctly, you’re putting your customers at risk. I expect better from a brand like Harvey’s.

Really Frosty

Harvey’s is the same. Not the best burger in town but better than Macdonald’s or Burger King. Good selection. And the staff are reasonably trained to understand English just speak slowly and let them repeat your order two or three times.
All in all not a bad place just a normal fast food burger place with a novelty menu.

I was a little suprised today when I left the drive through and I could see a silver car backed up to the back door and there was a staff member handing big bags of fries and other things to two Indian woman and they were putting the food in the trunk and then they took off . Really didn't seem right to me 🫣😳
