Why don't employees wear harveys uniforms instead of allowing east Indian employee to wear her traditional clothes and for that same employee at drive thru to hand me my bag of food and say here. Needs to learn manners and not be so entitled .She works in Canada figure out how to treat customers!!!!

I don't understand a drive thrus inability to make food in the drive thru. What's the point of it when all you order is a simple burger and onion rings and they make you park and wait for 15 minutes? Every car got parked that came up! If you can't figure out how to operate one simply don't. Shut down the drive thru.

Continual top notch service. I should have reviewed this 3 years ago when I walked in on a Saturday night and ordered food for myself and two other people. At that time, all the employees were all white teenagers - not being racist by any means. But the service was fast, professional, and accurate with no Tom foolary or excessive banter from the staff. The restaurant was incredibly clean. These kids were freaking amazing and fast. The last time I went in, the employees were all south Asians - again, not being racist. I had the exact same service as I did the first time I walked in that place. This just goes to show that whoever is training the employees is doing an awesome job. Harvey's has always been a different kind of burger joint that should be ranked far greater than other burger joints. But this particular Harvey's stand out enough that I want to suggest you skip the drive-through and go in. You won't be disappointed.

We went to Harvey’s drive-through this evening to purchase three burger combos. I have to say it’s a newer location so it looks great and has a nice aesthetic. as we drove up to the window we were greeted with a bright smile! Seerat - was the young lady working at the window and her service was top-notch! She was super friendly, helped us with our order, let us know where to find coupons on the website and then processed our order perfectly. Honestly it was one of the nicest service experiences we’ve had in a long time. Absolutely stellar! I would highly recommend this Harvey’s location for great food and great service! Thank you Seerat you made our night! BTW - You gotta try the frings! ?
