Ramen was pretty good, I had the black garlic Ramen, quite tasty, but the noodles were cooked for too long and was a bit mushy. The gyoza was stellar, highly recommend.

I’ve come to this location a few times and it’s consistently awesome. Service is very efficient and the food is always nice and hot. I prefer dining in versus takeout (which is still great) because service is always really good.

The food itself was decent, no complaints there, but the service was honestly disappointing. Although, I would say the server was friendly when talking. Overall, it didn’t feel like a place that values dine-in guests. If I ever order from here again, it’ll likely be takeaway, not sitting down.

The food was amazing as always but the service was a 10/10! Our server was named Daniel and he was so kind and helpful. He made playful conversation with us and the other customers and was quick with cleaning and serving!
Kenzo is one of the places that I come back to many times because the ramen is very good for me, especially Tonkotsu. The service at the shop is great, the staff is enthusiastic. But I hope Kenzo will pay attention to the take-out orders of customers. I ordered take-out twice and both times were not as I wanted, one was not as spicy as I wanted and one was the wrong ramen flavor that I wanted. Hope Kenzo can improve that.🥰

Great place that cares about the food they make! Staff are usually in high spirits, and the food is always fresh! The only downside is their location on a one-way street with very limited parking. If you order takeout, plan ahead and try not to go around 4:30pm - 6:00pm
