This KFC needs a deep clean and improve service standards. First they toss your fries on the tray (no paper) and then I found a hair on a plate they gave me (to correct the first mistake). I got a refund but won't be back.

Not worth the money. Ordered just now and eating in food court, the chicken is really cold and the girl how took the order didn’t even ask me what I want for sides they just give me gravy. Fried chicken isToo salty. Not recommended at all

Ordered the mac and cheese chicken burger because it looked like it was worth the price from the photo, they served it to me with maybe a spoonful of KD, and a noodle with a black hair wrapped around it. She also forgot our fries after reminding her twice about them, but didn’t forget to charge us for them of course, and she charged us for gravy that we never ordered nor received. Terrible location, definitely wont be back next time I’m at the Oshawa mall.

Do not even bother coming here and wasting your money! The food is not fresh and the customer service is absolutely horrible. They take the wrong order every time to just make you spend more money ! So unprofessional !! I’m so disappointed. I came here to get a fresh food instead of ordering online and I regret my decision through my bones !!!

I was at kfc vaughan mills yesterday and the person who took my order was so professional and good they should learn from them something
This is not the first time I have ordered and paid $14.99 for a bucket of popcorn chicken from here and only received a small box instead. Consider this your warning
