Got a 9 piece family bucket FOR *ME. CRUNCHY, JUICY, PERFECT SEASONING, FRIENDLY SMILES AND PERFECTLY COOKED. The owner and staff know I'm a regular here since they opened and are kind and courteous to my visual impairment, and disability. They help me know what's on the board, all their new items, and how to save $$$ without having to use any apps. Bravo! Thank you, see you on Friday. Great service! I was surprised by how little food you get for the money and it didnt even taste good.
I ordered the burger combo with popcorn chicken, but the order came with fries. When I asked the cashier about it, she claimed they didn’t offer that combo deal. I was frustrated because they didn’t inform me when I placed the order. The cashier refused to correct the mistake without an additional payment of over $8, even though my toddler was upset about the missing popcorn chicken. It’s disappointing customer service.

The cashier asked me for 5.65 $ including tax for 2 Bun even though i just spent 40$ for two meals and to make it even worse she printed on the receipt small Gravy i had to ask her to write its a bun not Small Gravy on the receipt . Is this robbery or what ?
