Food was nasty, the chicken sandwich was over cooked and tiny. The chicken barely covered the bread of the sandwich. The fries were cold and soggy. Will never be back to this KFC.

I am very disappointed with the service that I received today. Amy knows me, the guys in the kitchen knows me, I think most of the staff knows me. I ordered my USUAL. I DON'T know why it cost me more today. I wasn't too bothered about the price. I was extremely disappointed when I got home. I asked Amy for 4 ketchup. I'm disappointed that she DIDN'T include it. I am easily pleased. As I am always friendly and polite. Thank you to the wonderful young man who asked me about me. He went on saying that he didn't see me in a while. He's correct. He made my mishap of not having ketchup in my bag in a way that made me teary eyes. I wish I could remember his name. I would be proud to call you my son. Amy, I gave a $10.00 tip on the POS terminal. To some it's not a big deal, and it's only $10.00. To some, it's $10.00 that they don't have. For me, I think that it's my way of saying "thank you" ? Maybe the next time I'm there, I will get my 4 ketchup ?.

Absolutely horrible food our gravy was congealed and looked 3 days old … the fires tasted awful Like they have been sitting there all day and the lettuce looked a week old all wilted. Please refrain from going here

Bought a 3 PC chicken, got an old drumstick and chicken breast cut in half, was complete garbage, they would not give me a new meal or a refund, never been back since.

We ordered an 18 piece bucket of all dark. The thighs were cut in half and each counted as 1 piece. We got 6 out 7 legs and the rest were breaded bits of thigh. So disappointing

Ordered through kfc app, but the food still wasn’t ready.had to wait 15-20 min for our order. The restaurant was smelling and dirty. The staff didn’t care about customer service and they were busy gossiping with no proper uniform.
Was disappointed with almost the whole experience aside from the service. Staff were nice food was bland and customers were.. well, they could have been better. Would have rather gone to subway for my meal beside here

They do not clean this store at all. Tables are always dirty, not even one is clean so you can’t sit and eat there. The pop machine is always sticky and has pop all over the counter. And staff doesn’t care for customers, they will chat to each other the entire time, no matter how busy.

I live right down the street from this restaurant and rarely go. Tonight I decided to grab dinner for the family and when I got there there was one person ahead of me in line, I was told it would be a 15 minute wait for chicken so I grabbed a seat and watched 5 or 6 other people who just walked in get served and then I was told it would be another 15 minutes for fries. The lady working in the back must have found something amusing because her and the other girl broke out into laughter. The guy behind the counter got upset by their behavior and left to cool off I assume. Myself and another customer got refunds and left. I think maybe some training is in order for the staff at this location. I'll keep my money in my pocket and avoid this location from now on.
