I have not had KFC in a while and have not been disappointed. The smell of the chicken made me hungrier by the minute going home, the chicken- just as I remember it... tasting better after each bite. There were a few people waiting for their orders and I was shocked because I arrived after them but got my order before them... strange

I have always loved kfc but today it didn’t even taste the same. Did they change the kind of oil they use to fry the chicken. Food was hot and onion rings were good. But definitely chicken tastes different

Wtf really ? First time in a long time I decided to try kfc, ordered the big crunch combo. The fries were lukewarm, honestly the gravy tasted like water ( brutal ) and the big crunch has 0 crunch. First time in many years I decided to try KFC anything and I promise its the last unless they fix this. Seriously makes sense Why have went downhill...

No knock on this location or staff but kfc in general puts out the most depressing food out there. The “big crunch” sandwich is a measly ol tender between buns just depressing. Their signature chicken also down in the dumps getting smaller and smaller over the years. Kfc is done

Everytime I have gone to this location my orders end up being wrong or missing items, chicken amount has been cut in half, tried new chicken sandwich, half the size compared to what is advertised, chicken balls are now the size of a quarter, will never be going to KFC again as long as I live, the location is filthy, bathrooms are gross, parking lot usually has trash flowing around, do not recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased a bucket of 12-pieces for takeout. The quality of KFC has dropped significantly over the years- the chicken pieces are extremely small - simply not worth the money.

Ordered for delivery and the chicken was tasteless, as if it was missing ingredients as well as the gravy. The gravy was very watery and no taste. Spending $89 with tip, it is extremely disappointing not to be able to enjoy it. I have still not heard anything back from this location. Not happy.

We ordered an 18 piece bucket of all dark. The thighs were cut in half and each counted as 1 piece. We got 6 or 7 legs and the rest were breaded bits of thigh. So disappointing

Haven't been to KFC. For a while. I do not like post disappointing reviews, but It seems the chicken is much smaller now. The family remarked on the strange cuts in the much smaller bucket. It seems now the breast is cut in two to increase the count. I may try another location, i wont be back here, and if they are similar, it is very sad.
