Worst KFC ive been too the guy working the cash yesterday arround 5pm let me tell if you dont like your job give it to someone else paid almost $60 for crap food ,greasy chicken,small pieces all broken apart, clumsy gravy ,you forgot our 2 side that we paid for we try calling but you guys dont answer your phone ,I hurd that your the manager I hope not your not manager material just by the way you were serving customers and the way you were talking and also you should of stayed home I think you were still drunk lol 😆

Ordered 4 tuesday specials for me and my brother. Asked specifically for two boxes to be THIGHS ONLY they said yes no problem! It will take 10 extra minutes for it I said okay that is fine. It ends up taking 15 minutes the place was busy and packed, understandable but once I finally get the food I get ensured that this is my order I take it with me back to the hotel I get all the way upstairs take it out and find out they gave LEGS ONLY when I specifically asked for THIGHS ONLY and they even ensured that it was correct before leaving. Small issue but easily avoidable and quite frustrating almost felt intentional, ofcourse I know it wasn't. I was not happy with my visit overall and the food was super greasy it nearly fell through the bag before I took it out.

Worst restaurant in all of Oshawa, they mess up orders 80% of the time, there chicken is 80% bone, rude manager, literally charge for a 30 cent dip, and the list continues..
Save your time, and go ANYWHERE but here.
Update: three years later still as crap as ever! Can’t get an order right for the life of them. And even if they did it tastes disgusting anyways.
Poor management, few good employees but that’s about it.
