My daughter and I went to this location on August 28, 2025 at approximately 3:55 PM. My daughter wanted to try the new dill pickle sandwich so she ordered a box and we were told it would be approximately five minutes for them to make the meal which we said was fine. After approximately 15 minutes had passed and several people who came in after us got their food and left, I asked what was taking so long. We were told that they were waiting for the sandwich to cook and it would just be another few minutes. After another 10 minutes went by I once again asked what was taking so long and was told there was two minutes left on the sandwich. We finally got the food at 4:22 PM which was 27 minutes after we ordered the food. We watched several people come in place an order, get their order sit down eat their food and leave while we sat and waited for our order. I do not know what the holdup was nor did we ever get an apology. Absolutely terrible service.

The most disgusting restroom I’ve ever stepped foot in. I’m talking compared to dive bars, ghetto gas stations, truck stops. DISGUSTING. Pick up a mop and a wipe you nastys, it was dead as well.

I have not had KFC in a while and have not been disappointed. The smell of the chicken made me hungrier by the minute going home, the chicken- just as I remember it... tasting better after each bite. There were a few people waiting for their orders and I was shocked because I arrived after them but got my order before them... strange

I have always loved kfc but today it didn’t even taste the same. Did they change the kind of oil they use to fry the chicken. Food was hot and onion rings were good. But definitely chicken tastes different
Wtf really ? First time in a long time I decided to try kfc, ordered the big crunch combo. The fries were lukewarm, honestly the gravy tasted like water ( brutal ) and the big crunch has 0 crunch. First time in many years I decided to try KFC anything and I promise its the last unless they fix this. Seriously makes sense Why have went downhill...

No knock on this location or staff but kfc in general puts out the most depressing food out there. The “big crunch” sandwich is a measly ol tender between buns just depressing. Their signature chicken also down in the dumps getting smaller and smaller over the years. Kfc is done

Everytime I have gone to this location my orders end up being wrong or missing items, chicken amount has been cut in half, tried new chicken sandwich, half the size compared to what is advertised, chicken balls are now the size of a quarter, will never be going to KFC again as long as I live, the location is filthy, bathrooms are gross, parking lot usually has trash flowing around, do not recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased a bucket of 12-pieces for takeout. The quality of KFC has dropped significantly over the years- the chicken pieces are extremely small - simply not worth the money.
