Unfortunately I have had an unpleasant experience with this location. I placed an order via online for pick up, it was a $50 order waited 10 min once we got there for it to be ready. They gave me a bag and I said is everything in there, she said yes. When we got home it was missing items I called and called they never answered I emailed them as well and got no response I couldn’t get back to the location and the issues I had to deal with about the missing items was crazy ( special needs adult missing what he wanted) was not a pleasant experience and in no hurry to return they need to do better!!

I rate it a zero. Poor customer service. I went through drive through while no one else was behind me and when I got to the front to order I was deciding what me as well as the kids wanted. It was approximately 10 seconds and the manager says do you want it or not in a rude way. I said forget it and went to Mary Browns where I had excellent customer service.

Delivery gone wrong and still awaiting a response store will not answer phone and the 1800 number for customer service says they can't do anything, I spent 97.00 on Sept 2 2025 for a feast dinner when I had 7 people for dinner, only 2 sides out of 5 showed up, no 18 piece bucket, no pop no 3 other sides, why won't 1327 simcoe st north oshawa ontario answer their phone, even when head office connects me. I had zero dinner except for 2 sides. Ordered thru the website as didnt want to use Uber, door dash etc but found out it's door dash, and they will not do anything either. We saved for weeks for dinner as it's a treat and my daughters birthday dinner ruined as I did not have more money, I even just asked to have the chicken redelivered but again 1800 number said couldn't authorize...disgusting and why won't anyone answer the phone...

I had a craving working out of town for work. And KFC was it! I was staying at the blue heron resort in Port Perry and had to drive 32 min to the nearest KFC but it was so worth it! I couldn’t help myself, half way to the truck and I was reaching for a hot piece of chicken! Yummy! They were very nice at the location, helpful and quick!!

Ordered on the app and drive thru tells me I have to go in. I tell them I can't get back to the parking lot to go in the store. She starts yelling that I need to go in. I drive up to the window and say the same thing - she says No I have to go in. I ask for the manager and he yells at me that it says it right on the app. I tell him I do not have time to drive around the block and I'm not moving til I get my order. He huffs off and tells the girl give her the order. Never again, KFC! Next time I want chicken it will be Mary Browns or Chik-fil-a

The people were friendly and accommodating of my changes to the original menu. Cheery atmosphere with a view of busy Simcoe street. Clean place with lots of natural light. Enjoyed my fried chicken box meal. Food was hot and tasty with a variety drink options. Although I had my food to go, I enjoyed this KFC location while I was there.

This locations chickens are very small, they look they’ve been cut in half to scam customer. When I called the location to complain that the chickens are smaller than other franchises locations. The manager called me a moron. The manager is very disrespectful, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!!

It won’t let me leave a review for this restaurant on the uber eats app so i’ll leave it here. Tried to place an order on Uber Eats around 10:45pm. Store closes at 12am and stops taking orders for uber eats at 11:44pm… waited an hour just for them to cancel my order because it “couldn’t be complete”. The store still had an hour and 15 minutes till close when i ordered????? they can’t make a couple chicken sandwiches in over an hour????? They charged me anyways, but state i’ll eventually get a refund in up to 10 business days! i tried calling the store twice no one answers. does no one actually work here or do their job?? absolutely ridiculous! don’t have your store listed as open on uber eats if you’re not gonna take orders when you’re still over an hour away from closing!!

Horrible customer service, my fries were cold and stale Ice machine isn't working so on hot day I ended up with a warm drink. I will not return to this location. I should have known better when the place was completely empty.

We were enjoying our meal when a man in a great shirt, possibly the manager, started berating an employee hanging a sign on the door. Yelling through the dining room, he called him a moron among other degrading things. That is no way to speak to someone, especially when they are your employee. We lost our appetite and will not be returning.
