Staffs are so rude. They asked us to wait for 45 minutes. We told them we'll just cancel the order and they became so rude.

I placed an order at this KFC totaling $41.99, and my order was completely messed up. I called the store and spoke with a manager who told me to come back and they would replace the missing items and fix the order.
When I returned to the store, the manager on duty (Akush/Akash) was extremely unprofessional. He was laughing with coworkers about the situation, blaming their system, and even implied that I was lying about my order instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue properly.
Customer service was disappointing and disrespectful. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters — and this was handled very poorly. Even after showing PROOF!

The food was delicious and freshly prepared, with great taste as always. The ambiance was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was quick and efficient. Overall, a very satisfying visit, highly recommended!

My large order was extremely disappointing as I received no requested ketchup, napkins, or cutlery, and was given the wrong drink, also I requested 8-piece dark meat but received incorrect white meat and only one drumstick

The service from Terry and the Asian girl was absolutely terrible. They were rude, careless, and clearly didn’t care about their jobs or customers. On top of that, the hygiene in the store was disgusting counters and work areas looked filthy. I will never come back to this location until they get proper staff who actually care.

Very disappointed with my recent order from the Simcoe KFC. I ordered through the KFC app and accidentally chose the wrong wrap flavor. I tried calling the store about 10 times to fix it but no one answered. When I went to pick it up, Terry and the Asian girl at the counter still didn’t change it even after I explained.
I also ordered 3 burger meals and they forgot the drinks again. This happens almost every time I order from this location. On top of that, one of the burgers had raw chicken. I also noticed they weren’t even wearing gloves while preparing the food.
The whole order was ruined. Really disappointing service and quality.

I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional behavior. Terry, the manager, acted like customers were a bother. The kitchen looked messy from the counter, and the service felt careless. Definitely not coming back.

I recently visited this KFC and left pretty disappointed. The place didn’t feel very clean, and from what I could see of the kitchen, it didn’t look well-kept. I also noticed some food being handled in a way that didn’t seem very hygienic to me.
What really pushed me to write this review was the interaction with the manager, Terry. When I brought up my concerns, he didn’t seem interested in listening or addressing anything. His attitude came off as dismissive, which made the whole experience even worse.
Overall, my visit wasn’t great, and I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.
