Horrible customer service, my fries were cold and stale Ice machine isn't working so on hot day I ended up with a warm drink. I will not return to this location. I should have known better when the place was completely empty.
We were enjoying our meal when a man in a great shirt, possibly the manager, started berating an employee hanging a sign on the door. Yelling through the dining room, he called him a moron among other degrading things. That is no way to speak to someone, especially when they are your employee. We lost our appetite and will not be returning.
Very bad experience no ice hot drinks machine not working rude personal, doesn't look like KFC.
I asked for fresh chicken and they told me that they were unable to serve me a fresh batch because they had a batch already made. When I got the chicken it was cold to touch.

The customer service here is terrible. Corporate needs to visit this location and re-train their employees to offer better customer service. We went and wanted spicy chicken. The lady at the front said that they only have dark meat spicy chicken. Ok, and can you not make more spicy chicken? Every KFC location makes their chicken in-house. Secondly, the ice machine wasn't even working and none of them said anything or put a sign up so I went home with warm 7-UP. The workers there are very slack and do not even try to make changes.

Extremely disappointing and rude service. I placed an order through the mobile app and went to the drive-thru to pick it up. Only then I was told they don’t hand out mobile orders at the window, should have mentioned earlier on email confirmation about the policy. I was forced to go inside the restaurant instead. The problem is, their drive-thru design makes it very difficult to re-enter the parking lot — you have to make a left turn onto one of the busiest roads in Oshawa. When I finally got inside, the restaurant was practically empty, yet the staff showed no empathy and acted smug about the inconvenience they caused. The lack of common sense and basic customer service from both the employees and management is unacceptable. I understand they have policy but could have informed that next time pick up from inside.

I spent over $85 on takeout here for my family I had over. Got home the chicken was absolutely rancid smelling and disgusting. Called 10-15 times with no answer. The food is simply inedible I come often but today was terrible I won’t be back. Bad customer service or lack their of.

App said they were cooking my food and it would be ready in 15 mins went there to see the store closed and my credit card had been charged.guess ill have to figure out how to get my money back tomorrow probably spend an hour on the phone with customer service and my wasted drive to the location.never again with kfc NEVER! Update called to inquire about being charged and not receiving food.employee who answered the phone was the most rude and ignorant person ive ever come across in a retail setting.super defensive off the jump ill never step foot in there again in my life im guessing this location will go under soon by these reviews and what i ecperienced

this is the worst location every time i order from here they mess up everything. the chicken was so soggy like someone poured water on it. disgusting. then theydont answer the phone for an hour. they are lucky that my husband is going in there and not me. so they f up my order my kids are starving and they dont fix it. guess ill try mary browns

The taste of chicken is horrible they dont change the oil enough its either burnt taste or the oil is overwhelming taste to it an cant taste the spices even , i thought mayb it was 1 night busy tho a year later here i am finally now ordering again and now complaining seems this store only happens as i been to others an were fine tho this is closer when ordering ,no option of further away ... got a festive bucket and was disgusting taste CHANGE THE OIL MORE OFTEN thats alot of money to not enjoy at least ..manger has been rude to other cutomers complaining i was shocked

I’ve never encountered such appallingly rude customer service. I called to politely ask if they were hiring, and the person who answered responded with sarcasm and disrespect, saying, “Yeah, you just called up a restaurant to inquire if we’re hiring. Good luck.” Then they hung up on me.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If this is the attitude KFC allows its employees to display, I can’t imagine how they treat their customers in person.
I won’t be spending a single dollar at KFC until this issue is addressed and your staff learns basic manners. Shameful.

Absolutely pathetic service ! Calling them since yesterday no body answering till now ,! Wasted my money on a delivery the burger was wrong the chicken pops were missing ! I order spicy and they gave me simple white mayo sandwich ! …. Calling them since yesterday no body amswering !
