Food was cold and dried out. Not really edible. Complained on line. They emailed with a “deep-fried apology” and coupon for popcorn chicken. Nope won’t use. Never going there again. No need to review service. I ordered on line and they just handed me the bag.

We ordered KFC and got our order. Everything was fine but the fries were sweet for some reason, we thought they had accidentally put sugar on our order or started making the fries a new way. So we called to ask not complain and he picked up the phone with immediate attitude. He said “Well we don’t carry sugar” so we said okay well we’re wrong but the fries are sweet. He then repeated that he didn’t have sugar and acted like we lying and were a problem. He said he didn’t care and kept cutting off my sister until she said “is this a respectful way to be talking to me” which in response he hung up the phone?! This needs to be dealt with and I will not be coming back here from the sheer disrespect I was faced with today.

Do not buy chicken from this location they are in the habit of selling a back,half a thigh and part of a bteast as a full piece of chicken. Thus you are getting 50 pet cent chicken for 100 per cent charge. A total rip off.

Fed a family of 6.. chicken burgers were fine. But chicken nuggets were fried out and over cooked. Seemed like they been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.. definitely not

Some Canadian/Asian young woman came in after me. I was trying to figure out why she ended up sitting there without any food after she tried to order. Perhaps her card through her phone wasn't working or activated. I'll always make sure I havs cash on hand. Just in case. Currency is like God. When I arrived asked what are your specials today. The Associate directed me to the lite up board. Festive one's mainly were all that was on a Monday. That didn't help me because was eating alone. Decided to order a three piece meal. Good enough $10-$15No Salad was with it. That would've been extra. Upon arrival no other customers were there. It was nice setup though the seated windows were near the full windowed wall. Thought to myself hope they're keeping it warm in here. My service was good. They're now set up like McD's were there are three stations to pre-order your meal. The food tasted pretty good. No grease. Pieces we a little small was wondering if they gave me an extra one. I couldn't remember. Washroom was clean. The entire place was really. The only thing I'd recommend is to use your App if your want a better if you're eating alone.Perhaps a small Salad bisciut or Gravy with meal after using the App for free was better than nothing.
