King's Breakfast Place is a restaraunt that has been a true gem in Downtown Oshawa.. Despite the name they serve much more than breakfast.. This is a family Diner.. Everyday they have a different 'Special' on. Last Friday the 'Special' was Fish and Chips.. Delicious The prices are very reasonable in these expensive times..
If you've never been here I do recommend this excellent Diner. There are plenty of tables with padded seats.. There's three big-screen T.V.'s.. This is a very clean restaurant with large, floor to ceiling windows creating a warm, natural light which add's to the aesthetics and home-like charm to this delightful Family Restaurant..

A charming spot for breakfast and lunch in the heart of Downtown Oshawa, King's is a must visit. The food is delicious (I delighted in a BLT), prices reasonable, and staff as friendly as they come. And, as if that weren't enough, they have a good supply of newspapers to boot.

Homfries were excellent, paprika spice. Real potatoes. Over easy eggs cooked perfectly. Baked beans, great. Toast is toast. Spinach feta tomato omelet with real eggs not the carton. Yummy. Side of bacon, 7 peices freshly cooked. Toast and homefries. Coke and water. Enjoyed my breakfast defenatly will be back. Polite and friendly service. This omelet was better than my Spinach feta omelet from the white apron. Just saying. Way to go King's Breakfast Place!!!

Sometimes the most random adventures turn into the best experiences! Looks can be deceiving....don't let King's Breakfast Place fool you! It was the most wholesome diner, with extremely friendly and smiling staff (shout out to you Akshan :)) and large portion sizes! Even the little things like bread to butter ratios and perfectly seasoned potatoes were spot on! Totally recommend this cute little spot! We'll be back again!

This is a marvelous find. Normally I would have never come in this restaurant, but after reading a few reviews I thought I would give it a try and I'm glad I did.... food was great, service was great and the restaurant was clean.... don't be fooled by the outside, walk on inside and try the food.... you will be happy you did.....

After seeing both my regular breakfast spots -rainbow restaurant and the white apron were both closed for breakfast, I was forced to try this place and glad I did! I got a massive breakfast with four eggs, home, fries, sausages, pancakes, and bacon I was quite surprised at the quality and portion sizes! ? I will be back
