This place is great! Reasonably priced buffets are basically impossible to find anymore, so when you have that particular craving, this is the place to go. The decor is a little dated and its rough around the edges, but the food is good! Oh, and the wait staff is awesome.

We placed our order 2 days ahead for New Year’s Day. That alone helped a lot. We have been coming here for the last 5 years. Every New Year’s Day we get it. A Hidden Gem of a Chinese Buffet which in this post Covid age are increasingly rare.
Decided to try this Chinese food buffet in Oshawa. It was recommended in local online discussions both for the food and for the price. It did not disappoint!
Food was hot and tasty. They had some of our favourite items on the buffet, the wide flat rice noodles stir-fried, veggie lo mein, (bean sprout) chop suey, stir fried broccoli and vegetables just to name a few. As items on the buffet ran out, they were quickly replenished. The only downside is that the dessert part of the buffet had little choice.
Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and other staff there that we had contact with were as well. We were there on a weeknight and paid cash for which they offer a 10% discount.
We will definitely return and we definitely recommend this place!

By far my favorite place to go eat. Me and my fiance go here for date nights threw the week and we absolutely love it. Staff are kind, service is great, and prices are decent. 19.99 all u can eat buffet threw the week. It's a little more exspensive on weekends. If you pay with cash u save 10%

Super friendly and can’t beat the price! Buffets have disappeared and are hard to find nowadays so I would recommend this one if you’re in the area. It’s not the mandarin but still good food with a pretty decent selection and won’t kill the bank!

Went here with my younger brother yesterday, it was a late birthday meal from me and his first time at a buffet! We arrived around 2:50pm and were greeted at the door by one of the bosses who's was very kind and told us we could sit anywhere we'd like! This guy also immediately went into the back kitchen and got food together quickly and consistently helped the server maintain the place like a great team.
Althought it was 2:50pm (50 mins after opening) we were their first customers and the server Shawna (I hope I remembered her name correctly because she's a gem) greeted us kindly and said that we could start with soup and salads and they're gonna start bringing out the hot foods! So the great thing about this is the food was super fresh and we see that it isn't brought out until customers arrive so we know it's not old and gross bonus is we didn't see any flies like I have seen at some other buffets so it's a clean space.
I also love how they have Glass sheets over every table so they're always clean and easy to wipe up spills compared to a table cloth
The lettuce and veggies for the salad bar were cold & crisp, the meats were hot and cooked to a perfect temperature and texture (nothing was over cooked), and we ultimately didn't have to wait on anything to be restocked because they constantly check the buffet and stir everything so it doesn't get all dried out. The desserts were a nice little selection of ice cream, puddings, cream puffs, cakes and jello. My brother even got to take first dibs at a fresh tub of Butterscotch Ripple Ice Cream and tried their butterscotch pudding which was thick, creamy and decadent 💜 Koodos to the kitchen staff for making good food that's consistent, I've been here about 5-6 times in the past year and half when I first tried them and not once have I had a negative experience. It was about $20 a person for all you can eat and we certainly got out fill, and enjoyed a hot tea with our meals, it's a lot cheaper than the Mandarin and we feel a lot more welcome and laid back here in this establishment. I also appreciate the price because as a low income individual it's nice to have places like this where you can kind of pig out in comfort lol
It's not the biggest buffet but it's a great selection and more than enough for us to be pleased with and there's more options on the weekend.
Also if you want plain rice instead of fried they're always happy to accommodate you
Shawna is a wonderful server that I hope to be served by again, she loves eating at the restaurant herself and showcases this place serves with sincerity and integrity. Not once did she make us feel rushed and welcomed us to continue sitting and enjoy more tea before we headed out once we were done eating and she went above and beyond for me and my brother so please shower her with kindness when at her service✨
