Some food was good. Most was not good. Greasy or overcooked. Only had one plate and puked after it. Meanwhile at Mandarin I had 5 plates and didn't feel like puking. Still feeling sick at the end of the night. Girlfriend felt crappy after as well. Also the place definitely needs an update.

It seems like this restaurant raised their prices ahead of the government tax break and suspended their 10% discount for pickup orders. It feels like they’re trying to profit during this time, forgetting that the tax ultimately funnels to the government, not them. I’d rather see the 10% discount on the grand total than a temporary tax break that doesn’t directly benefit me. It’s disappointing to see them take advantage of the situation instead of passing on savings to loyal customers. Not sure I’ll be returning until the discount is reinstated.

This was the best Chinese Food I’ve ever had! It was not too salty Perfection honestly couldn’t stop eating it
Three of us dined, 1 vegan, 1 vegetarian, and 1 meat eater. There were plenty of choices for each of us. The service was good, and the staff were polite . We definitely will go back.

Was here for dinner few weeks ago with family , have not been in years . The price for a buffet was a little over priced for a small selection , no variety, very basic . Food taste was good . Desert was awful . Resturant needs updating .

Wanted something new tonight and King's Oshawa Buffet didn't disappoint on that.
I'll preface this by stating for all of you who think it's necessary for a buffet to be as full as the Mandarin, this isn't the place for you.
Simple, delicious dishes that can't be completed against with quantity.
I had the chicken wings, breaded scallops, breaded crab, breaded shrimp, plain fried rice, mixed vegetables and none of those disappointed me.
The Desert section wasn't overwhelming, but again, quality over quantity, including the ice cream and Jell-O, there was pudding and a salad bar which I didn't indulge on.
I felt the cost was a little high, but nowhere near unfair for what I ate either.
