I have no idea how this man was able to get a franchise for LAZEEZ! I have been a dedicated customer to this name brand for the last 5 years and this has been the first time I have EVER experienced such a disgusting service and lack of interest in customer service or even providing customer service!
I began going to LAZEEZ in Ajax when they first opened and drove from Port union to buy their food and became very good friends with the owner and he told me that soon they were going to open a location in Pickering that would be closer for me as he knew how much my kids and myself enjoyed their food and services.
I came to this location because I recently started working in North Oshawa and saw that there was this location and decided I would try it out. After noticing there was only one man working and he literally was moving like there was only one customer in the store meanwhile there was at least 10 people standing in line and also about 4 people waiting for orders before we even entered and they seem to have been waiting quite a while already. 25mins went by and this man still had not served the customers waiting who had already purchased but was STILL taking people in lines payments and if there was one one customer waiting for food the customer before then he would now be prepping those people's food so the ones behind them would have to wait because he would go back n forth like this in order to take people's money and have them wait while people who had already paid STILL DID NOT GET THEIR ORDERS!
There is ZERO excuse for having one worker in such a high volume area right next to the university and be this slow! The AJAX AND PICKERING locations both have multiple high schools around them and the influx of students coming in and out service is STILL FASTER and you don't even wait more than 10mins for food to be prepped and served to customers and also they have maybe one extra worker and in most cases it's sometimes ONE worker yet service is still very fast!
This man at this location literally did not care how many people were in line but what he did care about was taking customers money in order for them to not leave is what I noticed! After standing in line for 25mins and finally got to the front I realised even though I was at the cash and I noticed the 3 couples before me had paid and he didn't even started to make the first couples food yet but he made sure and take the 2nd couples payment and then began making the first food but there was the 3rd couple already standing when we walked in and then he began to make the 3rd couples order so now there are 2 couples waiting. I get to the cash and this man was moving so slow it was almost like he didn't care how long he took and while doing all this HE HAS HIS EARPIECE SPEAKING TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE!
I'm was utterly disgusted with this place and the service I walked out with my daughter because after being such a valued customer at the other locations I could not believe how this man did not care about how fast he worked nor did he even apologize to customers already waiting for the slow service! HOW DO YOU OWN A LOCATION LIKE THIS IN SUCH A HIGH TRAFFIX AREA AND HAVE ONE WHO I CAN CLEARLY SEE HE WAS THE OWNER BUT HAVE TOTAL DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE INSUFFICIENT WORKERS KNOWING YOU ARE IN A VERY HIGH TRAFFIC AREA!!
I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS MAN GAINED A FRANCHISE BUT IT SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY FROM HIN BECAUSE HE IS LITERALLY DRAGGING THIS FRANCHISE NAME INTO THE GROUND AND JUDGING FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCED THIS!
I highly advise no one to go to this location!

Initially, I was disappointed when Lazeex Shawarma got my order wrong. BUT - what happened next was truly impressive! The staff went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they prepare a new meal, but they also took the original order, added chicken to it, and made it even better than before! The customer service and commitment to quality are top-notch. I'm impressed and will definitely be back for more. 4 stars for the initial mistake, but 5 stars for the amazing customer service and food!

We visited them casually while looking for Oosmos. The food was equally good and tasty. The service was good, and the lady at the counter was helpful and courteous. However, the seating area is just average. It was hot inside, and we regretted sitting. It would have been better if we had taken it away or eaten it in the car.

Worst experience ever. I am a pure vegetarian and never had chicken in my life . I asked the guy for veg falafal and confirmed 3 times. But he gave chicken shawarma instead. After i tell him that there is chicken inside this guys are just telling for refund. I also confirmed that is their any eggs in the sauces . Then also they like make a chicken falafel it’s not just a mistake it’s like hurting my feelings and my religion. I still didn’t take any action against them but other people should know this and be very careful while buying something from them.
