My boyfriend and I went for dinner on Friday evening. And we were sad to find out they changed their rib supplier. The ribs were always 5/5 fall off the bone and these were tough. I hope you bring back the old supplier because that was the main reason we dined at lonestar! On a positive note the service was amazing and so was our server Sav despite the issue with the ribs she was very kind.

Completely disappointed. We decided to try this location for dinner. To start the slice of watermelon on the drink was rotten. Not just 1 drink ordered but the second as well. There were fruit flies flying around the restaurant and our table. We ordered the grande fajitas. The amount we got which is supposed to be for 4 people was more of an amount for 2. The portion was a joke for the amount it cost. As well, when it was set on the table for us which we waited forever it was cold. We had to go find someone to take it back and heat it up. We hardly got any service to check if everything was good and if we needed anything else.
I wouldn't recommend this location. It was my first time at lonestar but this was a terrible experience.

Lucky took my phone reservation and was very pleasant to speak with. Savanah was our server, she was very polite and helpful. My partner got a refill on his drinks as soon as his glass was empty, and she offered refills of the sides for our fajitas as well. Service was excellent and the food was so good! The steak was cooked perfectly, and tortillas fresh as always! Unfortunately the Whitby location that’s closer to home changed to the more updated Mexican style and it’s not as good as this one with the traditional Texas grill food and atmosphere, will definitely be back.

I was at the restaurant last night and had the best time ! Our server Jersey was the kindest, sweetest lovely young lady! ❤️ our food was on time and she was always there to ask if we were ok or needed anything . Always on top of it ! We will be back and hope to have Jersey as our server again ?
