My boyfriend and I went for dinner on Friday evening. And we were sad to find out they changed their rib supplier. The ribs were always 5/5 fall off the bone and these were tough. I hope you bring back the old supplier because that was the main reason we dined at lonestar! On a positive note the service was amazing and so was our server Sav despite the issue with the ribs she was very kind.

Lucky took my phone reservation and was very pleasant to speak with. Savanah was our server, she was very polite and helpful. My partner got a refill on his drinks as soon as his glass was empty, and she offered refills of the sides for our fajitas as well. Service was excellent and the food was so good! The steak was cooked perfectly, and tortillas fresh as always! Unfortunately the Whitby location that’s closer to home changed to the more updated Mexican style and it’s not...

My friend and I arrived for dinner at 6:30pm. We tend to talk a lot for a long time. I am so appreciative that the staff let us enjoy ourselves and didn't rush us out. The service was excellent. Thank you.
