I visited this restaurant couple weeks ago and I was very disappointed with my experience. The prices were extremely high, and I felt like I didn't get the value for my money. The servings are not promising and one order won't even be enough for one person.Moreover, the service took an incredibly long time, and my food arrived cold. Overall, I was not happy with my visit, and I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Why isn't there a telephone number present? Do I have to drive to the restaurant to find out that you don't have a certain food? Not even a website since there is no phone number. Smh

I’m going to give this 1 star - the red pea soup taste bun up and had more bones in then chicken ???? The j*** pork is just blacken pork with no flavor at all even the oxtail gravy was just brown gravy ? Might be good if you don’t know Jamaican food but this was so flavorless - I feel like I want my money back ……. Disrespect on behalf of all Jamaicans - I miss Scarborough so bad ????If y’all need a new cook hit me up cause this is sad

I just moved here a month ago and been looking for a good spot for some jamaican here in oshawa and my goodness, I love the curry goat roti. Nice spice, the flavors, yum! The girl is so personable and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

Bought a meal of oxtail with rice and peas last evening and when I got home and started to eat it, I realized it smelled slightly sour. I took a few bites and realized that the meat was spoiled. I have been feeling sick since.I bought food there before and did not have this bad experience. Vendors have to be extra careful when preparing and selling food for others to consume.

Walked into this Resturant yesterday with hopes of purchasing dinner. I was not even greeted by the front women she had the most unpleasant face, the nastiest attitude and seemed like I ruined her day by wanting to support her business. Correct me if I am wrong but my goodness if you own a business shouldn’t you want people to buy food from here? Resturant smells great!! But after the awkward encounter, and the looks I received I will most definitely take my business elsewhere as this establishment doesn’t care to have customers. Tip for the future tek yuh nasty attitude and yuh crosses face and fix it. Not a pleasant look for the face of this establishment.

Just got home with a pound of j*** chicken and some Chana with rice. This place is the real deal. If you're reading this, I'd step over your cold dead body for this chicken; it ain't personal but it's true.

Grabbed a quick take out lunch special at Mama D's yesterday. Had stew chicken with rice and peas, food was delicious! Tender, flavourful chicken, and nice savoury rice and peas. Very good price too with generous portions. Always good to see my buddy Richard there!

Ordered chicken roti but couldn't eat it. There was so much salt in it, it was like eating brine. Very disappointed.
