Terrible experience with this location. The manager/owner is not friendly at all and whenever I try to call through to them I’m told the manager is busy and will call back (which is understandable). I order Mary browns a lot and one of my all time favourite locations is in Ajax between Harwood and Rossland.The owner/manager there is amazing and he’s very kind. He’s the son of the owner but he truly treats his customers and greets them happily while being extremely nice to the workers.From my experience the owner at this location does not have a very good work Environment and seems like he’s very strict with his workers.I will try to go to this location again and hopefully it’s a different experience

This is the BEST MB in Oshawa, andI am confident enough to say Durham region. The staff are always friendly, and provide quick service.Shelby is the sweet girl at the front, she always greets with a smile and always keeps a measured head...it can get quite busy especially on Monday nights. She doesn't miss a beat and gets my order right every single time.Big up John in the back of house who also always provides great customer service, even through the little window. I appreciate good service and will always be a customer at the specific MB.Great team Gudhu!P.S you know me! LolMuch respect boss

The food is amazing but I went into this location on December 15 on a Friday and when ordered my food the owner of the restaurant served me and he went on this big rant how he was pissed because people keep coming in his store and asking to use the washroomI didn’t think much off it as I know some places don’t like that but then he proceeded to go in the kitchen and talk to a women that was working in the back I could here them talking she had made a comment about it’s mostly white people that are the problem and he agreed he is like yea it’s white people that are the problemMean while I’m standing at the by the cash waiting for my food i am from Newfoundland I have never been to a marry Browns in my life where the owner is in the kitchen bad mouthing people based on there race with a customer standing right thereNormally they ask if you want ketchup or and anything with your order I asked for hot sauce he said well it’s right there get it yourself very unprofessionalThe food is great but the gentleman running this place is making the company look bad

I’ve always posted pretty good ranking reviews for food establish in Oshawa but I’m truly disappointed with the service received at this location. First off, the greeter was one tone, not once did she smile. She spoke like a valley girl and spent time looking at her cell than to actually acknowledge customers. I mean, just try please to be nicer.Second, I was there in time to pick up order and sadly they didn’t have it ready. When I mean late, I mean 15 min late. This made for a really bad experience. Now, the chicken is great here. I will give them this for quality. Seems like four other people were going through same thing as me when it boiled down to service. I don’t think I’ll be back here again solely based on my own personal experience. Truly disappointed
