Mary Brown's Chicken

This is my go to branch in Durham. Riya who works the register is always super friendly. I find that the chicken served here is always fresh.

Chicken pieces on chicken sandwich is literally half the thickness of every other location I've visited. I won't be returning to this location as this isn't a one-off situation. Chicken fingers got smaller as well. You can't offset a lack of chicken by drowning the sandwich in sauce.

It's was very gross and dirty in the bathroom. It did not feel like it was up to standard in the bathroom. And check list in bathroom wasn't even signed off

What kind of garbage is that? Get home to find out it was made by a child how can you miss putting mayo on a small piece of chicken and also 3 little shredded pieces of lettuce….

Don't buy anything from the Mary Browns in Oshawa at King St and Gibbons St. just north of the Oshawa Shopping Center. The past owner were of Asian nationality and the Chicken quality was top notch, and really fresh and hot. The new owners are east Indian nationality. Now, every piece of chicken has broken bones and blood throughout the meat. And it's not cooked properly, and soggy. Smells like the cooking oil was old as well. The staff was uninterested in working there, very sad employees.

I spent $184.19. When they gave me my order I checked and it was missing a large fry. The person in the back said it was there. I told him it wasn’t because I checked. I had to take everything out of the bags to show them they were wrong and had to wait even longer. Not good customer service. Also, I wanted no mayo on one of the Big Mary’s, but they did not get that I guess. The food is always tasty though.
