The individual taking both the orders and handing out food was extremely disrespectful. Cutting me and my friends off while speaking multiple times, saying “yep,yep,yep” while we are actively trying to order. i asked for just a second while i put my friends window down and he just went “we close soon” for context we ordered a fry and drink. I understand wanting to leave and sometimes having a rough day but that was not appropriate.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location yesterday. The service from the staff member named Honey was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. The attitude and lack of courtesy shown do not reflect the standards expected from a brand like McDonald’s.
As a loyal customer, I feel that such behavior not only ruins the customer experience but also damages the company’s reputation. McDonald’s is known for fast, friendly service, but employees like Honey are giving the opposite impression. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training and accountability to prevent such situation.
