I ordered breakfast from this place, 5 hours later I got food poisoning.. Avoid eating here

I just ordered a cappuccino with my in app points, waited in the drive thru line for about 10-12 minutes because of wait time on 3 cars ahead in a split line of two lanes, to then have the workers tell me that my order doesn’t exist, it will be refunded in terms of the points I spent with absolutely 0 guarantee of anything, and no real empathy for how dumbfounded I was about the whole situation. Ive never had as many bad experiences in a row then I have at this McDonald’s.

Miss the old layout but this is a pretty good McDonalds usually I don’t have to wait too long and I find this one doesn’t bump orders nearly as much as other locations

The workers here are wonderfully nice people and we've never had an issue with our food.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This McDonald’s location is a complete joke. The staff were slow, clueless, and unbelievably disrespectful from start to finish. I tried to redeem my 15,000 points — points I earned through constant visits — and they actually redeemed them off my account, then turned around and said it “didn’t work on their end.” So now my points are gone, and they either expected me to pay for the food again or just walk away hungry.
When I tell you I was stunned — I mean speechless. How do you take someone’s points, offer no fix, and act like it’s no big deal? Completely unacceptable.
And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, I get to the next window and, of course, they forgot my Mac sauce. I went back to ask for it, and they handed me the most pathetically tiny, disrespectful amount imaginable — like they were doing me some kind of favor.
This place is a masterclass in incompetence and disrespect. I am disgusted, furious, and officially done. If this is how McDonald’s treats loyal customers, I’ll happily take my business to someone who can handle basic decency and customer service.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I’ve been 3 times and I’ve waited 10+mins in the drive thru every single time and all three of those times the order ended up being wrong too.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Oshawa. Yes it is nice and Modern and clean, but the service is brutal. Especially in the drive through. If you get anything other than a drink they send you to the parking lot for a 10+ minute wait. AND we got the wrong order
