Stopped by for a coffee and it was really good. McDonald’s coffee is always smooth and fresh, and the price is hard to beat compared to other places. Quick service and a nice, easy stop when you just need a good cup of coffee.

Worst McDonald’s location EVER. General manager was incredibly rude and the employees just look miserable. Do not reccomend. My Big Mac didn’t even have meat on it it looked like it was made my a toddler

Food usually is good here but this time my jr chicken was weird and the staff during the daytime are quite rude, had to put my order though at the cash window bc the didn’t punch it in when I ordered at the speaker and they didn’t include basics such as napkins and straws :(

This is the absolutely worst location in Durham. Slow service, poor customer service, lack of leadership in management. I recommend all person to just avoid this location. 30mins for takeout orders is ridiculous.
Unfortunately every time we come to this McDonald's, the service is subpar. They take such a long time to serve the drive through window. Today we waited 25 mins for our food ....

Front line service not there, night time saff can't do their jobs right. They are too busy have a good time from what I can hear through the intercom. Three nights in a row thier service was either slow, missing items and or the food was barley edible. Even for McDonald's this is a low bar.... super disappointing looks like imm be going to Mary browns from now on.
