I wish I didn't even have to give a star We went to the drive thru; our side of the drive thru had to wait for the speaker to deal with an issue while the other side had 4 cars served before our speaker was ready. Fine. We then waited another 10 mins to get to the window - only for them to not know what we ordered. Ok. One Diet Coke. That's it. 5 business days later and we got our coke. I stopped coming here years ago and have officially decided to never return

This McDonald’s is an absolute joke. They can’t seem to get a single order right. Every time I go, something is missing—no utensils, no sauces, no drinks, sometimes even missing food! How does a fast-food place forget half the order every time? It’s pure laziness and zero attention to customers. I’m beyond done with this location. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away.

Yesterday, Ordered Hotcakes for my 3yr old grandson. Received the empty boo bucket except maple syrup , fork and knife. Driver wet back for the drinks and hotcakes and again, forgot Hotcakes.
Today, we again ordered breakfast. Can you guess where I’m going with this??? Received a happy meal box today with the syrup, fork and knife but no order of HOTCAKES.. Tried phoning the restaurant directly as this is the 3rd time in two 24 hrs but because we ordered through Uber eats, they refuse to take he call??
I assure you if this was happening in my restaurant, I’d want to be made aware!
I can overlook the first mistake however this is the third ? Is this a joke at this point?
