I went to McDonald’s for the Drake meal I really was looking forward to the after dark Sprite and then I got there, and they proceeded to tell me we are out. And then they proceeded to lie and said we just got it yesterday and we ran out of it yesterday which is not true cause it’s been here for a week so they lied and then don’t even like McDonald’s so much cause it’s overpriced in general for a fast food restaurant. It’s not really their fault but at the same time the least they can do which they do with any other meal they can take it off their menu or they could’ve waited till we got there and said hey would you like your money back or would you like us to make the meal bun instead, they made the food and then told us so we have no choice but to eat it and they should’ve known it was gonna be He’s a popular artist so why don’t they order backstock

contiously missing items in my mcdelivery and gives us cold fries
missing chocolate milk multiple times, multiple drinks. Even if we do not order delivery and pickup. we end up waiting over an hour for our missing food and noone will refund us. I once stood there arguing with a worker with my receipt and bags, showing her its NOT there where could I put my coffee in those 2 seconds of holding 2 bags in my hands. in my purse to leak!? It was sitting on the counter the entire time.
hope someone enjoyed the frap I paid for and wont recieve a refund for. Noone responds or calls back and the app doesnt give anything. even if i recieved points i dont want POINTS. I want my money back to buy another coffee please stop delivering to me!!

I wish I didn't even have to give a star We went to the drive thru; our side of the drive thru had to wait for the speaker to deal with an issue while the other side had 4 cars served before our speaker was ready. Fine. We then waited another 10 mins to get to the window - only for them to not know what we ordered. Ok. One Diet Coke. That's it. 5 business days later and we got our coke. I stopped coming here years ago and have officially decided to never return
