Jules, the maintenance lady, keeps the restaurant spotless — it feels fresh and welcoming every time I walk in. At the counter, Janet delivers top-notch service with a smile, making the whole experience even better.
These two ladies are truly impressive! If you’re in the “Shwa,” stop by and see how they do it here — you won’t be disappointed.

Fries were stale and simply reheated.. second time they cancelled my order due to menu change. Was notified and provided a replacement irder cheaper and they simply cancelled the order after getting off phone with me (tease a hungry person why dont you).after a call. Never again will i order from this place again.

I ordered egg BLT bagel with no bacon I received my order with bacon( it’s the 3rd time they do this), asked them to give me one without bacon. Service manager passed it to the kitchen to take the bacon and give it back. I told them that I don’t want it and asked to make new one they said then you have to wait 5minutes. I received it and here it is messed up . I think they don’t read the order information aand unfortunately the person who made this was a KM(kitchen manager).

No clear instructions for uber eats pick up. Staff is very least considerate about uber drivers.
You guys gotta stop drowning the burgers with sauce, it’s to the point where it keeps dripping on me every bite. But overall pretty good.

Today I came to know why people choose Tim Hortons over anything else for their coffees. Trusting my friend's words, I came here today for my breakfast; ordered a chicken McMuffin which the lady made in front of me perfectly!! However, the ladies who serve drinks just don't care about the guests. I ordered a medium decaf which was served cold, not even warm and when I asked her to make a new one she said oh it's coz you added 2 cream and 3 milk - excuse me ? I usually order at Tim's and at least the coffees are warm and feel fresh if not hot . But here - it's cold !!
