This McDonald's store inside WalMart has got to be the worst McDonald's we've ever visited. Therevwere 8 of us and we were dining in at 9:00pm and the store hours is until 11pm. The staff asked us to move out of our seats because she says that is the time she needs to do her cleaning and when we argued that there is not enough seat at that time in the area she wants us to move to, she said she has no answer to that. She only wants us to move. Clearly, a case of poor customer service.

Terrible management stood in line for 20mins and when asked if I was gonna have someone take my order they said they were taking orders and had about 8 people working in the store actually rotted to get treated like that for bday service,

The staff was very unfriendly and used offensive language, made us wait for an hour for the food even though it was packed and ready to go... Worst service i ever experienced.

There is a massive suspicious looking hole inside my McFlurry. Someone may have turned my Oreo McFlurry into a McFleshlite.

I love the grilled chicken, but when they have offers on my app to redeem. Or if you get coupons in your postal at your home. You cannot exchange the mcchicken( which is breaded) for a grilled chicken. You can exchange it in wraps but not the sandwich. So much for making all the customers happyDietary restrictions: As I said earlier the mcchicken when given in the offers. Should be offered in the grilled chicken as well. Not all people want a breaded piece of chicken on a piece of bread. Double bread??? Way too many carbs. Especially with so many being diabetics. A dietician has told so many people. It's the carbs you should count which turn into sugars

This McDonald's has always been decent. Friendly staff, sometimes long lines when it's late for jus drive thru. Always proper when asking for extra sauces or toppings.
Rune is the best employee at this Mc Donalds, she let me know how long my food was going to take.

Only giving 3 stars because lately been having more issues with them and messing up our orders. Multiple times we have asked for things like "ketchup only" for our son or "no onions" etc just to find out that they didn't do that at all. Multiple times we have gone there and asked for a double big mac only to get a regular big mac. Too many issues too frequently. Always expect to be asked to pull up or wait in a parking spot. Very rarely do I go there and the order is ready at the window.

Same as every McDonald's everywhere. It's so damn expensive these days and for a smaller portion. I grew up in this neighborhood and remember when it was built. Correct me if I'm wrong but,it used to be a bargain to eat here! Now I pay more for a smaller portion. I would much rather eat at an actual fresh burger joint where they actually make the food from scratch. It costs the same anyway.

Guessing the 12 minutes I had to park to wait for my order was so the staff could make sure the bun was upside down. Love the attention to detail LOL. The service times here are horrible and fries are always cold. Needs some serious management intervention.
