I went in to ask for water so I can take my seizure pill, I brought my own bottle of water, I was told I can’t use the bottle but they’ll give a cup of water. I stood there for over 5 min to the point I got mad and I just left

Wow , 20 minutes waiting for 2 happy meals and 2 big mac combos, only get cold food, and no extra pickles wich were asked for, I guess when you can see all the employees in the kitchen messing around instead of paying attention to what there doing, you should probably leave, also seeing 3 people come back in to complain about getting wrong items should have been a warning,

Not sure if her name is Becca, I could be wrong but the blonde girl with the lash extensions - Had an unpleasant experience with her. No greeting at all, just stared at us when we approached the till. Ordered and felt a very bland and unfavourable interaction and attitude from her. Don't know what her problem was but never wanna have my order taken from her again. And these damn flies in the dine in area?!?!

Kyle made my day he was so friendly, he even offered to pay for my drink. He made both my Walmart and McDonald’s trip very enjoyable. The manager was also very pleasant and had beautiful tattoos. She is doing a great job and has great staff. 10/10 guys keep it up ! Thanks again Kyle !

This place is literally the WORST McDonald's you can have the absolute displeasure of going to. Every time we go here, it takes 15-20 minutes MINIMUM to make literally anything. Even just coffee...
Just got a snack wrap from here. Had to throw it out. Literally disgusting and inedible. This McDonald's is the absolute worst. Do not go here.

How can you get a simple, one item order WRONG? Pay attention people. Life only gets more complicated as you get older.
Litterly the worst McDonald's in Durham region period , they pull every single person forward , can never have a single meal ready , the parking lot is always a circus because everyone gets pulled forward to the point theirs no where left to park , they don't use the drive through right either , they will take 3 orders in a row from 1 lane , then do one order from the other lane then back to another 3 from the next , it's crazy I feel like it's a public school of kids working here every single time I come , never again absolutley the worst MacDonald's around

We ordered a Big Mac order number 276 takeout today. The burger had no lettuce in it. We had to take it back and wait another 10 minutes again for a new one. How can you miss this, it was not as if we had asked for it to be not added. We came to a McDonalds after a long long time. This is why we will not go to McDonalds again.

For 3 times when I've ordered large fries with my meal this Nathan kid only gives half. This 3rd time it happened I confronted him and let him know this is wasting my lunch break. He then says you probably ate some at work. I work 30 seconds away from Walmart, and he thinks I'm coming to make fuss for the fun of it. He then shows how he puts fries in the container with attitude like I'm in the wrong. Honestly he's lucky that cameras were there cause I was going to rag doll him over the counter, but I'll see his face sooner or later.
